Amazing afternoon tea and amazing service. They were very kind and made you feel welcome. I had a wonderful experience and I strongly recommend!

Very nice in terms of location, services, bar and relaxation.

Taken for afternoon tea by my granddaughter. Lovely tasty choice of food and cakes. Everything on offer was presented beautifully even down to the delightful tea strainer.
A big plus was the flowers in a bag presented to all the mothers/grandmothers on Mothers Day.

Fantastic stay although the regent suite we stayed in didn't look like the one on the website, our butler however went above and beyond for us to make our weekend extra special. Can not thank him enough!

Excellent location, amenities and rooms. The only down fall is the service, reception staff were overwhelmed, we were checking out from 2 rooms and moving into a suite, they made us check out at 12! And were only able to offer us the suite at 7 pm!!
I would suggest hiring experienced staff.

Nice ambiance, great place for breaks after or during long of shopping/walking around Soho and shopping district. Great selection of cakes and good herbal infused tea. Front of house staff was friendly, waiters could get a bit busy so you might need to call them over to take your order etc..

Sadly I didn't make it to the hotel to give an accurate review of their service.
I had been given an expensive spa treatment as a gift. I made the appointment and stupidly messed up the times and date of this and missed it. When I wrote to explain that I had completely messed up I was informed that there was nothing else to be done and the voucher was no longer valid.
I then went onto explain I was a new mum and got lost in my newborn baby world and was so looking forward to this experience. I didn't hear anything else from the spa!
Whilst I understand they confirm the appointment in writing I expressed that I am only human and from time to time we make a mistake and would they reconsider - nothing received from them at all. What a shame :(

Fantastic hotel, great location with lots of restaurants, entertainment and shopping all around. It was totally renovated in 2012 with very large rooms and bathrooms. Excellent service and very nice staff. Stayed in it several times and it is one of my top choices.

A must visit for fine dining and a true London institution.

Did used be lovely with nice cakes and good service. Rather more slap dash now and cakes are better at tesco

Went here for an afternoon tea which we really enjoyed!

The sandwiches were delightfully varied and sumptuous, and the pastries at the end went down a treat! However, although I loved the premise of the chocolate scone I found it was a bit dry for my liking.

Good food - you pay a premium but it's reasonable when you consider the location. Atmospheric and steeped in history. Just think, Oscar Wilde used to hang out here. (Please 'like' this review if you find it useful.)

Incredible bowie bar. Ziggys was great atmosphere mixed with a dash of cool music and potent cocktails. I would go again.

I attended for a professional event. Staff were very friendly, curtious and helpful. The function room was very tastefully decorated and it made for an all round pleasant experience

We absolutely loved having afternoon tea here! It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end! It s not 100% traditional, but that s part of why we loved it! Everything was delicious, and the venue is absolutely gorgeous!

Took my Dad to the Ziggy cocktail bar. Amazing drinks and brilliant staff.

A supreme experience that lasts throughout your stay. Sadly we have to go home at some point.

Not an obvious location, but all the amenities are super well-managed, very quiet rooms even those facing the Regent STR... big counterintuitive surprise! Rooms are very spacious and equipped with all latest tech stuff you may need! Definitely AAA rating!

Also, if you do not want to stay in this hotel, you should definitely try the restaurant. Recommendation: eat sushi! Here, old tradition is combined with new gourmet ideas - absolutely top !!! Important: Here you have to book a table in advance, otherwise it will not work ...;)

The sraff was unhelpful. The first room had a strong sound all night. In the second one the heater didn't work. Double charged on thd breakfast. Added service charge on top and thdn charged a fake large minibar bill (they reimbursed for the minibar after several emails) Will not go back.

This is a cafe where people buy tea, coffee, bread , etcetera. Looks posh. I walk pass it daily.

Beautiful hotel with good service. The breakfast is little poor and not that much delicious. , Spa is small but it s ok.

We had a take away coffee from the new coffee shop. Similar prices to normal highstreet brands but you get expert barista's making you a delicious coffee. Their cakes looked incredible. Well worth a try.

Location is excellent but cost of drinks is ludicrous. 6.75 for a bottle of beer is just too much. I know you pay for where you are but no place is worth that.

Absolutely amazing and stunning hotel in a prime location of London.

This beautifully restored hotel used to be a hangout for anyone who was anyone in the 70s, and they've got a series of amazing photos to prove it.

Superb location and swimming pool is just a little exaggerated price

Elegant place.One felt very welcome even after my ice skating and not dressed up I received a beautiful service.The quality of my tea was very good and my honey little pots the little biscuits etc,I take pleasure in the small details it all made me feel so warm and relaxed.
