Poor Service from the bank and they don't care about customers and their concerns..for single issues I am chasing them for more than six months... very poor service which never faced by anyone in the world

One of the worst branches, parking issues , and had to go there to sign an application 3 times because of employee mistake. Can you imagine Riyada service level!!! Don t know if I should cry or laugh on such service.

Worst response from custmer services waited for 3hrs for a papper which is suppose to be ready by a day back. C ring road branch services is 10 times better than the main branch.
Good customer service. Not great for parking. There is a paid parking (no shade) to the left of the building. I prefer parking the car here.
