A good and relatively inexpensive hotel in the heart of Odessa

It looks great. But for such a place need soundproofing. After all, almost all the side which is to the road. All too much.

I had a great stay in Odessa with this hotel, highly recommend!

They chose for the sake of SPA and were very satisfied. The hotel itself is perfectly maintained.

Vaiting for the 'executive room' to be prepared for check in,and got a 'perfect view' as described on internet,the way they I guess wanted to explain high price..
The only view I got was a metal roof 3m from the vindow with constant noise of some generator working beneath. Disapointment.

The hotel is located in the center. The room is large with a comfortable bed, but the soundproofing is not very good. The kitchen is weak.

The hotel is expensive and pompous externally. But this pathos brings not the best service. Coffee at the bar ... to say the least not tasty. Air conditioning in the conference rooms is VERY weak and for the entire day spent there - the head just starts splitting from the lack of oxygen ... Yes, and there are only 2 toilets for conference rooms! When 50 people are involved - do you have a queue at the break?

I wrote to the official mail of Bristol, but no one answered me. I am writing here.
Booked in Londonskaya, placed in Bristol upon check-in, the concierge did not advise that there was an opportunity to use the spa and the pool. "Thank you" for this to them !! The room was requested with a view of the courtyard, but was placed with a view of the street. the shower hose, ventilation was broken. Solid, just a concrete mattress, pillows knocked down, lumps, then asked to be replaced. At one in the morning I could not stand it and demanded to replace the room, because of the very terrible noise from the windows. Dali overlooking courtyard 322 and this room turned out to be very quiet and cozy, we slept in spite of the firm mattress. We wanted to have dinner in the hotel restaurant, but because of these situations we got upset and had dinner in another restaurant. I never received a compliment for my birthday, I did not need it, but it s unpleasant. The behavior of some of the staff is unacceptable for a 5 * hotel, too much far-fetched pathos. They are service staff, not celestials. Maid service is good. Toiletries are ordinary.
On the plus side: excellent breakfast, the ability to leave luggage after checking out of the room, good heating, the rooms were warm. When we went to the hotel, we planned to extend our stay at this hotel, but after this attitude we stayed in another place. The attitude of the staff that we ordered a standard room was felt , not a suite.
Bottom line: spoiled the birthday and left negative memories of the hotel !!!

Luxury hotel! Comfortable room, good insulation, huge comfortable bed. The staff is excellent and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and varied. There is also a swimming pool, spa and even a jacuzzi. I recommend Bristol to even the most demanding travelers and already want to return
