This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are great. I spent a week here for a work conference and enjoyed my time. We were able to walk to a lot of close restairants and shopping in our down time. The conference room was huge and looked great. The rooms were all very nice with comfortable beds.

Those who watched the Polish-Soviet film "Deja Vu" will definitely come here to look at the famous balcony with a sculpture

Worst hotel in the country. We have been ripped of in terms of service and quality. Management is not existing and rude. They shout at staff and guests alike. Only good thing is pianist. We stayed in room 410 and found cockroach and managers did nothing.

For the first time, the hotel has surpassed all my wildest expectations! This is a luxury 5 *, from beginning to end, and this is manifested in everything absolutely, in the little things, this is a place for true connoisseurs of beauty, the inner discerning aristocrat of each of us will be pleased. I celebrated my birthday at this hotel, we checked in for 2 days, but the kind staff as a compliment made us a late check-out for free and raised the room category, which could not but please) I can write laudatory odes for an infinitely long time, because this birthday is remembered me, and thanks to the hotel in pm. Every year at this time with my husband I spend a weekend in Odessa, in 5 * hotels, but there is no such service, kind and courteous attitude, cleanliness, deliciousness anywhere, I can vouch for this.
Special thanks to the chefs and waiters of the restaurant, lovely and friendly people, the food for breakfast and lunch was delicious, varied (for every taste), fresh and high quality, it's nice to get even more for your money. By the way, the coffee is also very tasty, there is something to compare, in the same Rome we were brewed in a luxury hotel worse.

I m staying at this hotel for a long period of time, and I suggest you to not come at all.
