I wrote to the official mail of Bristol, but no one answered me. I am writing here.
Booked in Londonskaya, placed in Bristol upon check-in, the concierge did not advise that there was an opportunity to use the spa and the pool. "Thank you" for this to them !! The room was requested with a view of the courtyard, but was placed with a view of the street. the shower hose, ventilation was broken. Solid, just a concrete mattress, pillows knocked down, lumps, then asked to be replaced. At one in the morning I could not stand it and demanded to replace the room, because of the very terrible noise from the windows. Dali overlooking courtyard 322 and this room turned out to be very quiet and cozy, we slept in spite of the firm mattress. We wanted to have dinner in the hotel restaurant, but because of these situations we got upset and had dinner in another restaurant. I never received a compliment for my birthday, I did not need it, but it s unpleasant. The behavior of some of the staff is unacceptable for a 5 * hotel, too much far-fetched pathos. They are service staff, not celestials. Maid service is good. Toiletries are ordinary.
On the plus side: excellent breakfast, the ability to leave luggage after checking out of the room, good heating, the rooms were warm. When we went to the hotel, we planned to extend our stay at this hotel, but after this attitude we stayed in another place. The attitude of the staff that we ordered a standard room was felt , not a suite.
Bottom line: spoiled the birthday and left negative memories of the hotel !!!
