Resort on the beach with lots of opportunities to spend your free time. Very good WiFi, even on the beach.

Conditioning, food, pool are good.
, For families with prams ... Not so great is that it has too few lifts.
Really annoying is the weird loud music until 12:00 from the hotel next door and the Wi-Fi is also pretty bad.

It is very easy to access, the employees are very interested and friendly. The rooms were sufficiently wide and we did not experience any negativity. The hotel is extremely spacious and clean. Variety was provided in the meals, all kinds of food were available, breakfast was good enough. There was always a meat or chicken grill every evening. Since the restaurant is large, we did not have a table problem. Desserts were very tasty and fresh. Snacks close to the pools and the beach were also very successful, especially the pita oven. The activities were also very good, our child had a lot of fun. If you don't have pebbles on the beach, that was fine. There were not enough sunbeds to grab sunbeds. We left the hotel satisfied.

I stayed on 14-20 May 2017. I was very satisfied with my stay in the rooms and services. Nice pool and big pretty slides and the theater evening was pretty good

We got the key and went to the room. The room looked nicely on the eye, in a nice place overlooking the sea. But when I raised the bed I had to see. Bedding is dirty, unchanged from previous guests. Shame ! Unforgivable! That maid should put a spunk on such a bed. They sent a cookbook to change the bedding .. We were a group, this also happened to our friends. The waiters and other staff are kind.

Second stay at this All Inclusive hotel. First stay 3 years ago just after the renovation, great memory, so decided to put it back last summer. Otherwise at the buffet, the choice is so much at the level of salty dishes that sweet, alas the quality, taste and freshness a little random. At the level of the activities, it is better to master German ... Otherwise hotel clean, clean beach, clean pools. Do not plan any stroll around, take the bus to Belek. A mixed opinion, because a little disappointed, but it remains a good family hotel, good value for money.

A great lunapark for kids, but it works two hours a day from 18.30 to 20.30. Food is available around the clock and is quite good. Delicious coffee only in the lobby bar - ask for Turkish coffee. The original alcohol is also hidden under the bar, you need to ask and watch what they pour))). In general, a good impression about the hotel. The staff is friendly, polite. We went to the hotel 2 times as family. Especially if you are a family with children, do not look for any other hotel. Fun for children mostly. The children's pool is canopy and large. Adult pool was great in the same way. The meals were superb. Red meat comes out in enough quantities of seafood. There was a quail. The cleanliness of the room and the staff nothing nice to do. There is an amusement park next to the hotel and a wide greenery area for evening entertainment. If you are young without children, you can get bored.

The most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. On the anniversary of my marriage with my wife for 3 days. Day 2 we left. There is no such disgrace. We are the only Turk and the managers who use the pandemic as an excuse. Waiters are the types who make fun of people by swearing at dinner and making a gag with each other. I have never seen such a lousy 5-star hotel in my life. They avoided their mistakes by sending fruit plates and wine to the room. Name us, they say, who disrespected you. Due to the mostly positive reviews here and the price, I booked the hotel at short notice and what followed was a bit of a disillusionment; - / ..... but I want to be "brief":
- Location very out of the way, but NOT one of the bed strongholds like in Lara
Activities only possible by bus, taxi, rental car, the surrounding area is suitable for an evening stroll, shopping is possible and not far away, but only tourist items, nothing original
- the area barren, many shops empty, only built and built in the last 15 years.
- The hotel itself was very clean, the rooms were cleaned every day, the economy was also visibly cheap (furniture getting old, shower defective and leaking, visible simple painting to "beautify"), minibar without alcohol, which was refilled every day
- The hotel couldn't do anything for the audience, BUT unfortunately there were also a lot of Russians there at the time, who, as we already know from other hotels, often had a loud and uncultivated appearance in terms of food: - ((((
- The employees are all very nice and friendly, tried to do their jobs well, sometimes there was a lack of arrangements + organizational talent (clearing tables and stocking up, drinks vending machines empty etc.)
- Highlight the food again and again, plenty of choice, always other "themes" (Turkish, Mexican, etc.), starters, salads, sweeter! Dessert ... think if you couldn't find anything that tasted -> did something wrong!
- There was also enough program in the hotel, from the kid's own playground, gameroom, occupation, football and beach volleyball to some funny evening performances on the stage or in the beer garden.
Also on the beach itself many things were offered for good money (jet ski, parasailing, banana boat, camel rides) ...
- Beach mixed from gravel / sand, clean, directly connected to the hotel and provided with enough beach chairs!

Conclusion: NO with minor defects !! Top 5 * hotel - still recommended if you can overlook some things and have a thick skin in matters such as the scramble at the buffet ;-))

We were there for 2 weeks.
My son especially enjoyed the mini club. Everyone made an effort to ensure that the children didn't get bored. Very varied over the days.
The food was excellent, there was always enough of everything. As noted by others, it is a shame that some of them are so full of their plates that they do not manage to finish and then a whole lot has to be thrown away.
Drinks are good. But for my Cola beer I only got sometimes Diet Coke and sometimes regular Coke.
Service staff is sufficiently available.
Rooms are very badly soundproofed, but that is (unfortunately) normal and probably affects almost all hotels worldwide. Room was a good size.
A problem with a flush was resolved very quickly.

Vacationing with my family in this hotel from 31.08 to 09.09.
What we liked:
- relatively green area
- sandy beach
- food at the Caretta cafe (I liked the grilled trout and cutlets in burgers). Conveniently, this cafe is practically on the beach and there is no need to waste time for lunch. Lunch is tastier here than in the main restaurant.
- drinks and attitude in the lobby bar

What did not like:

1). - there was a sewage smell in room (5306)

2 - food in the main restaurant is monotonous. The saddest thing was that there was no children's and dietary menu - everything was fried, stewed, peppered, etc.

3 - absence of a doctor at the hotel. The child is ill disease symptoms 1. Temperature 37-38.1. 2.Cough. 3. Runny nose. 4.Nausea. 5. Lack of appetite). We went to the doctor and, as it turned out, there was no doctor in the hotel - only a nurse. Moreover, there was a problem with English, Russian and especially Ukrainian languages. We communicated via google translator. As a result, I found out that the hotel does not provide any medical assistance, but you can order a doctor for 110 euros. The insurance company said that if the temperature is below 38, then this is also not their responsibility. In general, under quarantine conditions, I believe that this is a serious violation. By the way, the child later infected us, our friends, and I think that he could also infect other guests of the hotel.

4) - insolent and unprofessional behavior of the staff of the main restaurant and some restaurants on the territory of the hotel. Most of all, the attitude of the employees of the main restaurant was infuriating - for example, you take a fried egg - it falls - they put it back for you, they put a pancake on top, and chocolate on top. Are we pigs to throw everything like that? You ask for a cocktail, and you are poured a shmurdyak from local drinks, although you have European ones included (we are talking about Zambaka).

5 - Rooms are almost never cleaned. For 10 days, 2 times changed the bed. And probably the same number of times the towels.
Moreover, the cherished tip in the form of $ 1 was taken regularly.

6) - Dirty sea. I don't know whether the river is nearby, or the sandy shore, but the sea was muddy

7 - inconvenience in choosing dishes in the main restaurant. In connection with the coronavirus, the food is poured by the waiters. I agree that it should be so, but the problem is that it is difficult to choose dishes, because they are not located along the glass display case but perpendicular to the aisles and you do not see 70% of what is offered to you.

8 - Restaurants A la carte. On the last day of rest we went to a Turkish restaurant. It turned out to be complete garbage in the dishes
Ordered manti it was written in the menu that it was like hand-made dumplings, it turned out to be some pasta without meat
- ordered donuts - it turned out to be like khachapuri. Other dishes were also strange.
So we looked at it and went to the main restaurant for dinner.

I spent a week all inclusive vacation here. The food is good, the rooms nice and clean.
There are 2 points of criticism. There is a main room and a separate area for guests over 12. Unfortunately, this is not respected at all. The beverage supply is also not particularly fast.
Otherwise there are enough loungers, the staff is friendly, and everything is clean and well-kept.

Two very large pools, and at a distance of about 500 meters the sea. The beach seems dirty because the sand is mixed with gravel. The big downside for me was that the room in the room was torn and the beach towel was also cracked from old age. For the beach towel you had to pay an extra 1 per night. As I took a towel out of the room, the service was not very nice to me. The total shock and the situation with which I met for the first time in my life was the ban on bringing a drink bought outside the hotel to the hotel. We were taken a 2.5-liter coke to the deposit and told to buy in the hotel bar. Of course, there was only a cola Light in the bar and we had to pay 10 A for this 2.5 liters in the store we paid 4 . But one way or another I would recommend this place to everyone.

An excellent hotel, good rooms and interiors of the common space, thoughtful logistics to all facilities, amazing cuisine and catering even in conditions of social constraints, friendly and attentive staff. The trip was wonderful, especially with the participation of the c / o Biblio Globus and a / c Russia, which are frequent companions of our travels and are always impeccable.
