Incompetent service, two visits, two problems, a wasted hotel night because there was no one at the reception before midnight, yet mentioned 24 hours a day on their website, uncomfortable hotel and strongly discouraged
Good hotel well placed, rather clean, enough choice at breakfast even for demanding sportsman.

Hotel very old and unwelcoming. I stayed in it because I was the only one left free in Brussels. Breakfast was also scarce. I would not repeat it and I would not recommend it unless you like the area and it's very economical. The area itself is good, it's close to Louise.
It was a last minute reservation. 2 hours before arriving. Very friendly and clean i would recommend it
Worst hotel ever, they cancel your reservations beacause they have a stupid system that doesnt use bank token with credit cards. Receptionist is very rude and does not want to help at all
Very consistent in price / quality. The location is not bad. It is easy to reach the tourist places
