Fantastic location, nice ambience. Nice personel.

Breakfast service only satisfactory. The buffet was only filled up very sporadically or not at all. Corona measures at breakfast unsatisfactory. The cutlery at the buffet is touched by everyone. I've seen better in other hotels.
The bathroom is not worthy of a 5 star hotel.

What does Corona have to do with NOT filling the buffet? Don't offer breakfast if you can't manage it. Why is EVERY guest at the buffet allowed to use the same cutlery? It has nothing to do with tolerance. In the bathroom, I tend to complain about the cheapest shower fittings that do not hold the set position. Or is that in her 5! * Hotel with the "cheap rooms" completely ok in your opinion? I made a short-term booking through booking.bom and there was nothing in the cheapest category, which then includes such bathroom conditions. The price-performance ratio is definitely not right, as already mentioned in many other reviews. I am now so fed up that the corona joker excuse is often drawn. My noted inadequacies can also be resolved with the corona restrictions. I hadn't even mentioned the other understandable corona measures that require a certain tolerance and are completely okay in these times.

Something else; Hotels usually belong to tourists. Your coworker can neither speak English nor German properly and worse, she speaks so loud ttttttt. Maybe that's normal for you. A pity

Very nice, well-kept and elegant hotel. It's just not going well at breakfast. Too bad.

Some time ago we had booked the Zeppelin package, which, in addition to the stay, included a Zeppelin flight including transport to and from Friedrichshafen Airport and dinner - and we were very satisfied with everything. The room was nice and big, the food (both dinner and breakfast) was delicious and the transport to the airport was smooth and on time.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, extremely nice staff-no matter in which area-great location, delicious food. An all-round successful weekend! Thank you so much!

Years ago, I was very happy with my husband here, especially enjoying the swimming pool before breakfast, well hidden from the tourist glare behind a wall!

Horror and price fraud. At the end of May I arrived with my family (wife, children 13 and 15) directly in Corona Lockdown. We were among others if the police call there, the hotel forces them to pay several hundred euros more without a price table that is ever visible: after the corona lockdown, our first trip for three days. As I said with a wife and two children. At check-in I was ("My name is Doctor Stolze, I'm the owner here!") Seriously, even loudly in front of other guests in the foyer, accused of "ZECHPRELLEREI (!!!)" because a) the children were both under one year old from Expedia. I assure that, as usual, I had given the ages correctly in advance. We had just arrived and my resilient credit card was deposited. Brawling ?! And b) because I refused to pay an additional hundreds of euros. "You can also leave immediately, then you will of course not get the paid EUR 1,200 back for the three nights." (Original sound proud). "Either you pay now, or I call the police." (Original sound proud) The one from "Dr. Proud police officer Mr. W., who was called in after 10 minutes, (who then meekly passed on to his headquarters by radio that it was not a brawl), recommended an (economic) agreement. Actually it was none of his business anymore and he should have left the place if I found an incorrect accusation against me. So he continued to participate. "Dr Stolze" handled more than 30 minutes without verifiable lists and brochures with their own numbers, the origin of which remained beyond me. First he wanted 1,500 more with two better rooms. Then a total of 4,300.00 (again to understand: two rooms, three nights, wellness area closed, madness!) Then he wanted 800.00 more as the "last offer" (EUR 2,000.00 instead of 1,200.00 as originally booked!). With two better rooms. Since I had my wife and my children with me and I was threatened to withhold the paid 1,200 euros if I left immediately, I got annoyed and agreed with the further presence of the policeman W. 66% more. In retrospect: horror. Has the Dr Stolze Group with the other hotels on site already been financially stricken so that it is as dubious as my opinion with cone players or trick thieves? In addition, I called the hotel four weeks earlier and checked everything again. Unfortunately I hadn't written down the lady's name on the phone. I also mentioned the age of the children. Why is the Lindau police involved? A day later, when I received a phone call from PW Lindau, Mr. W. (police) refused to confirm that he was called for "brawling" ("Please let me out of there, I only went there for a colleague." ... ") Aha. Who is the normal colleague or acquaintance at the Lindau police for Dr. Proud "? Guys, what's going on ?! Oh yes, the hotel: Well, if you like the charm of the 80s with brass, thick carpets and kitsch this time it is ok. The staff were otherwise very friendly. The view from the rooms was great. Nevertheless: Hopefully the hotel will soon be under new solid management.

Very nice hotel, inside as well as outside. Room prices are a bit higher than at other hotels.

First of all: We didn't sleep or eat in the hotel. However, a waitress at the entrance advised us very unfriendly of the obligation to wear a face mask. We were still standing at the entrance and had not yet entered the restaurant. The cat table was only offered to us because we were only two. You can't help but get the impression that a lot of value is placed on well-paying guests.
We found another restaurant right on the harbor, which couldn't be beat in terms of friendliness and good service. Good decision to have dinner elsewhere!

And a very nice hotel with a beautiful view of Lake Constance and Lindau harbor!

We felt very comfortable in the hotel from A-Z. The rooms are very clean, the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. We would like to come again.

Very nice 5 star hotel, excellent service. Only the hotel bar is nonexistent, actually only a cafe. Too bad.

Really nice experience the hotel has a great location the spa area is really nice and clean, the views are really good and the internal deco is really nice, the breakfast is really good and the staff very attentive the only thing they have to improve is the bedding as the blankets are very thin and in the night you can get cold and the mattress were very hard.

Great hotel ... great breakfast service! Hotel management impossible ... offensive and disrespectful! Unfortunately .... too bad and damaging business! Completely out of place!
