David Richey responded to our request for a quote promptly and was thorough in discovering our needs in a generator. He provided the asked-for quote quickly and we scheduled the installation. Work began promptly and we were very pleased with the job. Our only hiccup was due to Mother Nature's interference with our scheduled plumbing connection. We truly want to thank David, Scott, Tracy, Debbie, Jake, and Jason for their hard work, attentiveness, responsiveness, and great teamwork in getting our job done. Yes, we highly recommend Benchmark Electric and will be using them again for our electrical needs.

Benchmark installed a new home generator for our home. The salesman was helpful and the price was very competitive. He even made a second visit to answer some additional questions that I had. The installation crew were skilled and finished the job on time and as promised. They also too time to instruct me on the use of the generator. I am pleased with both the service and the cost.

I have used Benchmark for years. They service my generator every year and I have had no trouble from it at all. Recently I purchased new led lighting fixtures for my kitchen and laundry room. I called Benchmark to install them. They were able to set up an appointment within a week. Their guys arrived on time and got to work right away. They installed the fixtures quickly and perfectly. They even went an extra step to ensure my fixtures were secure. The guys were friendly and professional and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. They took all the old fixtures away including the old burned-out fluorescent bulbs. There was no debris or anything left when they were finished. Not even a speck of dust. The cost was super reasonable and I am very impressed with their workmanship. Many thanks to Benchmark.

I just had my new Cummins RS30 whole-house generator installed by Benchmark. The entire team was highly professional---the salesman, the phone staff, the installers, and the activator. I could not be more pleased.

Terrible company! If they would have even tried to attempt any kind of customer service, I might not have been forced to write this review. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Use anyone else and you will be happy.

i was attempting to get a generac generator fixed and called benchmark. I live about an hour from the location and they sent a gentleman out to check it out. He did some work and said it was fixed. The next day the generator would not start. They sent him back out. He didn't have an extender for his oil pressure guage so I went and borrowed one from a neighbor. He suggested I buy a new oil sensor and try to fix it. I went online and ordered the sensor and installed myself. No oil pressure. They sent someone else out and he called Generac and said I needed a new motor or generator. The generator had less than 100 hours on it. All is well until I receive a bill for $685. I called them and they returned the call. Said all charges were warranted. Would not apply to new motor or machine. I sent check. Very unsatisfield
