I was visited Banana Inn on Saturday, 28 Nov 2020 and before checked in, I asked staff to see the room first. For me, it looks like a spooky hotel, dark on the path way to the lift (the light was dim), and also the room was not okay, dirty and slum. Because I want to enjoy Bandung and I brought kids, I asked staff for cancellation but the receptionist reject my cancelation. Poor services.

Hotel near UPI Bandung and other reputable universities in Jl. Setiabudhi Bandung. Outdoor pool and veranda to spend afternoon in lovely Bandung. Rooms are clean, service is good. Worth to stay if you wanna visit Lembang too. I joined an international conference held on this hotel. Such a memorable experience.
