I was visited Banana Inn on Saturday, 28 Nov 2020 ...

I was visited Banana Inn on Saturday, 28 Nov 2020 and before checked in, I asked staff to see the room first. For me, it looks like a spooky hotel, dark on the path way to the lift (the light was dim), and also the room was not okay, dirty and slum. Because I want to enjoy Bandung and I brought kids, I asked staff for cancellation but the receptionist reject my cancelation. Poor services.
