Strategic location

Check In Experience The receptionist gave a room in which there was a new guest in. The Check Out experience I asked to close my credit card because I would pay a debit but the receptionist actually debit my cc and the supervisor helped me to close my cc again. The receptionist should be more careful in serve customers

The kids corner is less lively ... not many toys ... my advice is to make the kids corner more interesting. Because I am personally looking for a hotel that is kids friendly. Swimming pool water is made warm or at least normal temperature, not cold. So children can play in the swimming pool more

Hesti, Rizal and Fuji made our stay at Banana Inn a truly unforgettable one. They went above and beyond to arrange activities and transport...with their unique local knowledge they were able to provide us with tips and tricks that saved us time and money.

The hotel is family oriented, clean and comfortable and the price is perfect. The location is also good, close to all the restaurants and services and shopping districts.

I will be recommending Banana Inn to my friends and will visit again next year.

Exciting and comfortable even though the sound of the blower sounds at night maybe from the next room.
The pool water is cold so it can't swim for long. The air is also fast and breakfast is pretty much a choice.

1. Service from security to reception is quite good & friendly (increase again, because the security in front of the portal if the evening hours are not responsive).
2. The booking room management system is not good, because 2 times a guest error occurred entering the same room.
3. Bad access door key! Please check the room conditions before & after guest in & out. Because up to 3 times change the key card.
4. Bad condition of AC, TV connection cable, Toilet pump problems !! The air conditioner cannot be adjusted, the image on the TV is fuzzy and fuzzy not worth watching, Clogged in the toilet, this problem does not only occur in 1 room, but in several rooms, because of a group, this is a bad experience !!!
5. Lunch & dinner is quite satisfying. The variety of food in the morning and evening is quite varied and the waiter at the restaurant is quite good (keep it).
6. Kids facility, swimming pool, billiard table, can be used and according to the brochure (maintain).
7. Ballroom is quite good, in terms of sound system, layout & tidiness, as well as stationary completeness and mineral drink & candy (keep it).
8. Making room is good enough, changing towels, mats, etc. (keep it).
Keep in mind, the core of the hotel is the best room service, because other facilities only support the rating (star) of the hotel itself. Hopefully in the future it can be even better.

Nice hotel to the north of Bandung, eventhough they call themselves "Inn". For those of you who would like to come to Lembang or Tangkuban Perahu, this hotel is just a good option.

It has quite complete facilies for you. A swimming pool, spa, restaurant, kids corner, spacious lounge and underground parking area

The staff are quite friendly, helpful and informative. They serve with their smile --for me this is for a good point.

Ther restaurant is located on the First Floor side by side with the swimming pool. It has good menu option. It also serves room services for you with just moderate price.

I was staying at room 321. This room is quite large. But there is just one thin thay needa improvement: the cleanliness of the floor and also the bathroom.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and for sure I am going to come again if I am travelling to Bandung
