1. Service from security to reception is quite good & friendly (increase again, because the security in front of the portal if the evening hours are not responsive).
2. The booking room management system is not good, because 2 times a guest error occurred entering the same room.
3. Bad access door key! Please check the room conditions before & after guest in & out. Because up to 3 times change the key card.
4. Bad condition of AC, TV connection cable, Toilet pump problems !! The air conditioner cannot be adjusted, the image on the TV is fuzzy and fuzzy not worth watching, Clogged in the toilet, this problem does not only occur in 1 room, but in several rooms, because of a group, this is a bad experience !!!
5. Lunch & dinner is quite satisfying. The variety of food in the morning and evening is quite varied and the waiter at the restaurant is quite good (keep it).
6. Kids facility, swimming pool, billiard table, can be used and according to the brochure (maintain).
7. Ballroom is quite good, in terms of sound system, layout & tidiness, as well as stationary completeness and mineral drink & candy (keep it).
8. Making room is good enough, changing towels, mats, etc. (keep it).
Keep in mind, the core of the hotel is the best room service, because other facilities only support the rating (star) of the hotel itself. Hopefully in the future it can be even better.
