Very nice hotel with helpful and kind staff.
The hotel has a very traditional atmosphere.It is a beautiful old building with huge spaces inside the rooms. Best location within the city.

Wonderful staff. The suites are spacious and comfortable, and the ambiance is breathtaking. Just what you'd expect from a hotel in Spain. A fabulous rooftop pool.

It was a nice hotel in the center of the city. It had a great 360 view from the roof. there is a nice size pool and lounge area on the roof. The staff looked happy and they were very helpful. We stayed in a suit with our 2 kids. The room was decent. There was one bedroom and a small lounge room separated the the bedroom.

I am removing one star because they don't have a decent gym. Also the hotel's heat is controlled centrally so you can not adjust the heat in your room. You can only turn it off and open windows.

Great place, great service.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, excellent location. Early check in arranged. Room was spotlessly clean, and memory foam mattress on the bed. Ideal location on La Ramblas, in easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, and monuments. Taxi from T1 El Prat was 28 euros, using Barcelona's registered taxi rank outside the terminal.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this lovely hotel again, when visiting Barcelona.

Beautiful hotel with a great location and facilities. Hotel has a rooftop terrace with open-air pool which is heated during winter season so bring your swimwear. There's an amazing (almost 360 degrees) view from the rooftop on the city of Barcelona.
Rooms are OK, nothing much to say - no minuses or pluses. Breakfast is great, however could be a little improved with more hot food options.
Staff is great, too.

Beautiful hotel. Clean, comfortable. Stylish. Centrally located. Staff wasn't very engaging though.
