Great location, huge building, but needs renovation

Good hotel with great ambience. I went for a Wedding Asia event which was well organized. But I think it needs some renovation as interiors looked bit old.

It's a beautiful hotel for sure...but for food I can't say the same... Bad experience.

Great ambience, good quality food, decent service . Really likeable place. Would love to visit again.

Awesome, hospitality and housing keeping, good food

Good hotel with good views. Professional staff. Best place fir Event , wedding and other celebrations.

Worst experience.They charged 10,000 rupees a night. The hotel from outside looks like a palace but don't you get fooled by its looks. I have stayed in the hotel from 18 feb to 22 feb. My room was cleaned only once that too when i literally went to the reception and dint leave until they provided me with a person to clean the room. Horrible service. Call reception, they divert the call. Call room service, you will be diverted. Call house keeping, you wont be diverted because they never lift your call. extremely small rooms and washrooms. I was not even give proper accessories in washrooms. For a bottle of water i had to call the reception twice. Lamps do not work properly. Out of the date interior controls. Beware of the switch boards, they spark. Some don't work.
Wifi dint connect. I have tried with the password and could not and was given new passwords daily and could not. It does not matter because it is 1mbps speed.
When i asked for a feedback form/ a place where i can give a rating, they gave me a white paper(with out any letter head) and asked me to write a letter. Their website is legendary. It has phishing ad links. When i finally insisted on meeting their general manager, then they gave me a paper with an email and asked to mail.
This hotel is in the prime location and is attracts foreign travelers and delegates. I have seen a foreigner complaining at the reception and not properly heard. They are so not transparent, you just cannot give a feedback anywhere. These type of incidents literally effect the tourism industry.
Our team was on a business trip when we stayed here and were so irritated to come back to the hotel after a tired day. Every one of our team mates faced the same or similar issues and nothing was done.One of our team mate's room had this horrible smell coming from the air conditioner.There are many of these incidents in just five days of the stay. No room was cleaned.
I warn people not to go there.

Though the experience was good I will break it up into few points and ratings. 1. The hall for the event was pretty decent. 4/5 2. Food was also pretty good. 4.5/5 3. Service was awesome. 4.5/5 4. Hotel room was good. 4/5 5. Cleanliness. 4/5 6. No wifi signal in the 3rd floor event hall. 1/5

Big room.good food but very expensive.not clean.looks dark.

It not at all good hotel at all. you will be surrounded by people who got opportunity to stay in this hotel for free. Thats why they are there. Staff is not at all polite they will treat you like you will be forced to feel that you are at wrong place. Its not at all hygienic.Furniture and everything its too old.WIFI will always disconnect you can do meeting or do office work. TV keep on disconnecting. Hot water will take 10mins you need to waste lot of water. Its not at all 5 star hotel. They have 6-7 people standing at the checkout but they dont know how to respond and how to treat customer taken 20mins for checkout. They seriously need hospitality lessons.

I will not recommend to any one.

hotel ambience is very good ....i am staying here tonight ......they should shut down the hotel ...why wasting money.... owner should have donated the money and shut down the hotel ...... i just called on reception and I asked if they have room for tomorrow night ...... you don't believe ...they pick the call and put the receiver down without having any interaction with me..... then I called again and I asked that I just called but no one reply me and put the receiver down..... and they said we are busy....my god....i said ok...then I asked for room for tomorrow night...they said we don't take any booking after 8:00 pm ....very shocking ....i am literally stunned...... I request the owner to please call here from some different no and try to book a room as a common person and see what kind of response you will get

Sometimes it gets more crowd then expected. May be local conferences are there too.

It's a good hotel surrounding with Greentrees good infrastructure .good food. Good service. Staff also very cooperative and the best part of this hotel is its very near to all places like teen murti, gyraha murti etc and all the embassy are very near to this place.

A Govt of India hotel in Delhi. Centrally located, quite spacious. Nice venue facilities for those International/ Inter-Governmental meetings. Nice restaurant. But once during a meeting here, a snake sneaked in into the meeting hall, somehow the hotel staff could catch it swiftly and took away.
