Place was ok , it is in centre of city ,I like the service

Good hotel as well as location but restaurant is not upto mark as well breakfast & dinning is just ok.

Nice hotel for family in main market with good staff

Had a lot of fun with friends. Staff is too humble and friendly and services are great.

One star just for the locality. Else negative rating for everything be it rooms, hygiene or price. Ambience is shady! Fire norms are flouted! Room design is such flawed that in case of a fire mishap there is no exit. Seriously not recommended at all.

Stale kheema served for breakfast and burnt poha. Seems no one cares. Real let down breakfast

Spacious room, cooperative staff, delicious breakfast, good room service. etc are the beauty of this hotel. Rate per night is around 3000 but worth to stay.

Awesome food and dining experience.Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Not recommended to check-in. Once upon a time, it was a good place to stay in Bhopal. Now it's good for nothing. Very average.

Food quality at the restaurant is well maintained, almost as well as their vintage image. The problem is that their restaurant is very cluttered, so much so that it's almost like your next table occupants have their nose in your conversation! Disgustingly crammed up! The options in liquor are very limited. Service is inversely related to how crowded the restaurant is!
Since their main income is from the restaurant the rooms in this hotel will leave you wanting for more ...

Over all services is good and satisfactory to price

Good hotel is a little food service is not so good but liked by a small party

I stayed for two nights (24th Sep and 26th Sep) in two different rooms. What I could figure out is that there is a section of hotel (left side of the hotel if you stand facing towards reception desk) which has somewhat old rooms and there is a section (on the right side if you stand facing the reception desk) which has newly renovated rooms. You can make out from the quality of the rooms. Although the receptionist mentioned that there is no difference in the two sections, but one can feel the difference easily. I stayed in their standard base rooms.
The service of the staff is very good.

There is also a fitness center/recreation zone which has good equipments.

For airport and railway station drops from hotel, they probably arrange taxis through Ola/Uber, therefore you could be better off arranging it yourself in normal hours. For early morning or late night drops, I would still rely on the Hotel because at least a cab is assured on time.

Overall the experience was good and I would recommend it to others.

Good hotel, good hospitality and consistent in hospitality service and standards. However require furnishings and equipments in rooms need to be changed as they are now looKing very old and rotten.

Hotel is pretty good it's famous for its baked items like cake pastry and biscuits etc. Also good place to have get together and dinner with family. Also have stay facility one can stay here it has all the comfort one require. Last but not least it's situated in MP Nagar near DB Mall other corporate offices are also here banks are close to this hotel. Vishal mega mart is nearby on walking distance.

Well known place for small party, functions. Quality & Taste of food provided is unmatched. As centrally located in the city of lakes i.e. Bhopal, easy conveyance available. Advantageous for those business class who want to explore MP Nagar, Zone1&2. They have outlet on GF for snacks and cakes plus related items. Quality of cakes on orders is awesome.

Tiny restaurant. Unhygienic food. Third class service.

It is good place to stay in bhopal, but is showing signs of aging trough its room paints and amenities. Had a dead mouse in my room once, got cleaned but it happened.

Rooms are not approchable easily. Even for going to other rooms on same floor you have to step down to floors and again to climb up

Easily noticeable hotel , accommodation according to your requirements, good food, nice ambiences, comfortable bed, good room service, somehow little confusing interior room, buffet breakfast , you can dine in the restaurant also, not much costly , but needs improvement

Hotel was good but intercom service was not doing so well
