Spacious two-story family room, very good location close to town, breakfast is somewhat sparse, but for those who are not a breakfast type no problem

A beautiful and comfortable place!
I can say that everything was exceptional, from the warm and friendly reception of the receptionist (the blond boy with glasses) who should be rewarded for his professionalism, to the central location of the hotel, which offers a multitude of tourist attractions very close to the fortress of Brasov, the old center with its attractions, etc.) and restaurants, cafes (most also through the old center, but there are also some nice locations around the hotel area).
Overall I was very pleased with the hotel, location and especially the hospitality of the staff!

Everything was great! Friendly and jumpy staff - when there was a disagreement with the sauna schedule, the receptionists quickly mobilized to regulate the situation in a pleasant way. The food is good at a more than decent price.
the location is relatively central, about a 15 minute walk to the black church.
I was extremely satisfied and would gladly return anytime.

I stayed at 4 stars, I was told that the room price includes access to the sauna, jacuzzi and gym, in reality I only benefited from these services once, because in the hotel there was a conference and access to sauna, jacuzzi and gym were made through that conference room ... At the end of the stay I found that my bill was "inflated" with a drink I had not made (someone had made a drink at the night bar and passed it on my room, but no one checked) ... I was given my money back, but it seemed inadmissible for a 4 star hotel ... As a plus, the cleanliness is impeccable, the food is very good!

Nice hotel but really bad pricing policy. They charged extra money just because the room had air condition. Although there was a price fixed by mail, when we went there it was more than agreed and that occurred more than once. The cleaning stuff REALLY GOOD! Very clean, every day changing towels.

I had 2 nights accommodation and a day of event, excellent location, excellent team and services, I will return with great pleasure!

No air conditioning, fairly old furniture. Very expensive for 3 stars, who can't figure out how he got them considering the conditions

Everything is ok with booking, accommodation and room. Nice and kind staff. Fitness center a bit unequipped. Absolutely terrible and very expensive food at the restaurant (except for the one at breakfast, which was very good and diverse).

A beautiful experience, I recommend staying here in summer (very large balcony, ~ 5 square meters on the 1st floor)

Excellent location in Brasov. excellent service.
The 4-star room on the 5th floor was spacious and cozy.

It is a beautiful, clean hotel, located close to the center of Brasov. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience, largely because of the staff.

What was good:
- cleanliness, both in the rooms and in the rest of the hotel
- located quite close to the center of Brasov
- breakfast is served in the room during this period. Customers choose the desired time the day before

To know:
- the rooms do not have a balcony
- The hotel is very close to other buildings. It is only a few meters from the bedroom window to the balcony of the building next door. I have attached some pictures taken at the window.

What was bad:
- on average, about 2 out of 3 people at the reception did not wear a mask at all, although they were inside
- The wifi didn't work. I could connect, but I didn't have internet access
- breakfast was delayed 45 min. I called the front desk to ask what happens after half an hour late, I was told it was coming, that there were more rooms, and that's about it. No apologies, no indication of how long it will take. It was as if the number of rooms had suddenly doubled overnight.
- the breakfast order was wrong. Specifically, they came with a different sheet than the one we specified what we wanted.
It was a sheet from another room. They cut out the number of that room with a pen and wrote 406 next to it, as if that was our order.
Moreover, on the "new sheet" it was written that we requested breakfast to be served at 10:00, although we had requested at 09:00.

I can't tell if it was bad will or just incompetence, but the quality of the staff was far below the hotel level.

Note that I only stayed one night. Maybe we were more unlucky.

It is a nice hotel in Brasov. It was quite quiet during my visit. It provides good breakfast spread.

Perfect for a weekend break as a base for exploring Brasov and its surroundings !!! Quality services in a great "environment" !!!

A 4 stars hotel, clean and nice, not too expensive, usually quite. Don't expect extraordinary views, as you're in the middle of the city; is close to the old city centre - 10 minutes walk. The restaurant is not a top one, but is good: soups, grills, salads, some chef's specials, excellent to try on a rainy day; the included breakfast is good, the coffee is also good, the waiters are kind.
They might charge you for the minibar, even if you did not use it - 2 , consider it a tip.

This is apparently a good hotel in Brasov but my personal experience was bad. I was offered a small room in the third/fourth floor in a building without a lift. The ceiling in the room was so small that you could hardly stand in some places. Breakfast and ambience was Ok. Make sure you get a decent room if you are shelling out 80 euros a night.

There are rooms without windows that open, they are big, beautiful but unventilated.

Nice hotel, Lidl is just around the corner. Rooms are quiet, unfortunately no elevator in the north wing :-)

The hotel is fine. It is centrally located and the center can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The rooms are big and very clean. The breakfast was also very good and varied. The only point deduction due to the clairaudience in the room.

Thin walls, after 10 pm you can no longer communicate in the rooms because you bother the neighbors, the unprofessional reception staff, as a plus ... cleanliness!

Located near the historic center, medium price, modern, renovated.

Excellent for everything: accommodation, services, etc.

Room was not clean. On the wall there were a lot of greasy marks. In the shower there was some kind of hair that came not from me, and it was also impossible to set the temperature of the water properly as it changed itself every 10-15 seconds or so without touching anything. The sink was not working properly, as the water coming from the tap could not flow down. Somehow the room was way overheated, even with every heating bodies turned ofd, but it is better than as if it were cold... The refrigerator used for the minibar was really loud. The breakfast is ok, if you have no expectations, otherwise boring and tasteless. The staff is not so kind, but ok. The wifi has an average speed and it is pretty stable. I expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel, but looking at the price tag I'm not surprised at all.

The hotel has a very good location a few min walk from the old town.
The room was very clean with a nice sitting area. Breakfast was a buffet with a good choice of food, I had dinner one night and it was excellent.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
