Central and handy for Brasov. A little expensive for my taste!

An Etre Belle seminar, well organized with very well trained trainers Natalia Sterejan and well known make up artist Alex Radulescu. The very good organization of the sales agent in Brasov, Andreea Crisan and her colleague. Super girls!

A spectacular hotel in every way, the spacious and clean rooms, the large and clean bathrooms as well, the very complete breakfast.

Careful! The hotel is divided into two, ie the 3 * part and the 4 * part, when you make your reservation online it is not specified in which part you will be, well I arrived on the 3 * part where I had "small" inconveniences such as be: damaged furniture (I will attach pictures), a little dust here and there, the toilet from my point of view was not sterilized (as far as I know some "bows" are put with it was cleaned), I asked the bathroom to have jacuzzis, it just didn't work. Otherwise, I have nothing to blame for the food and staff! My experience on the 3 * side was not an extraordinary one on the 4 * side to be better. I don't want to give the impression that I would be a whimper, but if I give a not very small amount of money, I would like to be offered the optimal conditions.

It is only okay, but it is not a 4 star hotel, if it were 3 it would be correct.

Typical city hotel...plus a strange pillar in the middle of your room..very helpful staff and polite. About a fifteen minute walk to main high street of brasov town centre.

SUPERB. Professional staff, large and clean rooms and a chic restaurant.

It's OK for a city break or a medium budget business trip, pretty close to the Brasov old town. Be careful, extremely expensive minibar! :)

Location ok ... But the room although I paid 4 stars ... I was given the 3 star room ...... although the hotel is classified as having 4 stars .... varied breakfast

Only went there to get a massage, which is not reserved for guests only. The masseuse was very competent, professional and communicative.

Excellent Hotel in Brasov Old Town, Romania. Warm friendly welcome, good service too! Just the place for sightseeing and walking in the nearby countryside.

I don't know what the rooms are like ... but .... we were accommodated at the Ambient pension .... they accept puppies ... at the hotel, although I don't say yes on all booking sites .... .I paid at the pension with holiday vouchers .... on the first day at the restaurant the food is ok .... cooked cabbage salad and good ff .... staff ... a lady of about 50 years ff nice .. ..from the beginning to the end ... she always asked us how we are .... impeccable ... even when she found out that we don't pay there .... so we were nice to her too .... the next day .... we were alone ... he just took the order .... nobody paid attention to us ... he didn't ask us what else we wanted .... the kitchen door stood always open .... I could smell on my clothes the whole menu in the kitchen .... the food was not as good .... the salad was not made ... no matter how hard I tried I didn't dress it ..... too bad ... .4 stars .... by no means ...... patrons ... watch out for staff ...... will pull you down ....

Cazare excelenta si mancare f buna. Plus pozitionare buna aproape de centrul vechi.

Roomes are nice and big. All you want in a 4 star hotel.

I call the hotel 1 day before I ask what time breakfast is, I am told that at 7 and the next morning the group of 43 people go down starting at 07:10 and they all end up in the lobby until 8 when the restaurant opens. Some nonsense! It is not possible not to know when the restaurant opens !!

Un hotel in care ne-am simtit ca acasa. Personalul foarte prietenos, ni s-au oferit toate informatiile de care am avut nevoie. Doamna responsabila cu curatenia in camera, cu zambetul pe buze mereu, foarte atenta la detalii, chiar si-a facut treaba.
Micul dejun foarte diversificat si gustos, se avea grija ca mereu sa se completeze cu felurile care se terminau.
Camera foarte mare, calduroasa, baia, de asemenea, extrem de spatioasa, cu jacuzzi.
Pentru ca am venit sa petrecem revelionul aici, am gasit in camera o sticla de vin spumant, din partea casei, gest care mi s-a parut foarte frumos!

Well positioned hotel, close to the historic center, with guarded parking. Ok services, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with window ventilation. Rich breakfast. I recommend.

It really deserves 3 stars. Just that. For one night it's ok. For more .... look for another.

Friendly and communicative staff, peace and warmth in the room. Hotel located near the center of Brasov

It was a wonderful 5 day, all inclusive vacation with my 2 year old dwarf. They also have free underground parking, which is great. Grade 10 employees. The only downside was the constant demagnetization of the cards. With the baby in my arms, the card, and the phone in my hand, I couldn't help but avoid constantly demagnetizing her.

Discreet accommodation, excellent conditions, cleanliness, professionalism.

I was in a teambuilding, it was ok, clean rooms and staff ok, facilities just above expectations (dryer, slippers, etc.) but there is no restaurant / space to spend time outside the hall. And after a certain hour you really had nowhere to get plain water if you couldn't find it in the fridge in the room.

O locatie romantica plina de dragoste dar moderna, unde poti petrece clips de neuitat.

The room looks and feels great. Tomorrow will visit the SPA Center. And will review my post based on how it goes. ;-)

It looks a little old to me. Jacuzzi for two people max 3 with jets that did not work. ok staff. correct breakfast.

Thank you to the staff of this hotel for the way they helped us, on Saturday 01.10.2016 to take place in good conditions. The Brasov Local Conference is called Calivita la munte. We will return to this location on other occasions.

We stayed here for a week, everything was wonderful, quiet, cleanliness, good-tasting-diverse breakfast, PROFESSIONAL staff. #THE EVERYTHING TO BE SUPERLATIVE - I HAD A ROOM WITH A MOUNTAIN VIEW ...

Services, rooms .... nothing in the hotel reflects 4 stars !!! Rooms are acceptable, poor breakfast, lunch and dinner every day the same menu, not tasty food, (maybe only if you were not accommodated there) water (included in the dinner menu) with portion, we forget to bring the bread, which is included in dinner menu, we send the people staying outside on the terrace to have dinner, as we host an event and come until 7 pm, otherwise we don't have time to serve you. Incompetent receptionists are not able to explain anything to you! We don't even know where the spa was, because we didn't receive information when we requested it !! Than the restaurant staff was relatively friendly. They apologized that I don't think they were available until next year! The internet worked very badly! The TV signal did not exist! Joke for two nights in which you pay approx. 1500 lei !!! A bitter taste about this location! I do not recommend! Too bad the beauty of the city!

Nice Hotel in a splendid position 2 steps from the beautiful park and the center. The room was very spacious with a beautiful and clean bathroom, a well stocked mini-bar; only flaw: the carpet that is not at all hygienic. There has even been made available a minibus with driver for all the time requested by us, of course for a fee but at an absolutely affordable price. The dinner was excellent and the breakfast more than decent, even if the salty foods far exceeded the sweet ones, absolutely scarce.

Well located hotel just outside the city center. It was a pleasant hotel but only deserves three stars because there is no swimming pool and the kitchen service is extremely slow

Four stars hotel 1 mile away from the center in Brasov city. Quality service and modern amenities. Recommended!

I only used the restaurant for a few days, in just a few words I can say that they have an exceptional food, the staff is very friendly, the place itself is elegant and very pleasant.
