Delicious Vanilla, strawberry swirl cake with your own image from the Amsterdam Cupcake Company for my son's birthday. The cake was very tasty, nice and firm cake and not as sweet as some other cake providers. They have an easy online ordering system and I could easily order and pay for the cake online a week prior to the party. (and not 100 different and complicated choices and flavors - I like that!). In short, I highly recommend Amsterdam Cupcake Company for (busy) parents / customers.

We ordered a Jungle cake and cupcakes for my son's first birthday.. it was a dream of a cake and the cutest of cupcakes. Much more beautiful than what I ever dreamed for my baby! Besides the looks, it was all soooooo delicious and perfectly packed to survive a storm in Amsterdam. The girls are all also super friendly and service oriented, they think together with you on all details giving you great advice. All-in-all, great experience! :)

We ordered 2 unicorn cakes for a joint birthday party! Not only were they beautiful, they were absolutely delicious! The White sponge with Lemon Curd and White Sponge with Oreo Filling were a huge hit!!

I am a regular customer at the Amsterdam Cupcake Company. Their delicious cupcakes and with their unique designs are always a hit when I bring them to as a gift to lunch or dinner. If you haven't checked out the available designs on their web site - you totally should. My little niece and I spent over an hour browsing though the various cake options featured on the web site. Most recently, I asked for the cupcakes to be delivered as a surprise gift. The cupcakes were fresh, delivered on time the next day, and handwritten note attached to the delivery made it extra special. Needless to say, the surprise was well-received.

For my last working week I was looking for vegan cakes to treat. After searching for a while, I ended up at Cupcake Company. There I ordered a carrot cake, forest fruit cake and chocolate-caramel cake. At the pickup the cakes were larger than my expectation. Everyone at work was enthusiastic and I thought they were super tasty. We had enough for a 2nd round, although this was only reserved for the die-hards, because they fill well. I will definitely come again for the next order.

Cake was again delicious as always, the only thing that bothers me is the following. When you come to the store and greet you in a friendly and cheerful manner, after accepting your cake you still buy a few more cupcakes, the person who is helping you at that time can still give back with difficulty. As if you are actually wasting their time or something. So tip for the next time (since I have been coming here for 5 years AND I also work in the hospitality industry), the staff learn to be a bit friendlier and more enthusiastic towards guests.

I ordered a number of cakes from the Cupcake Company website. After placing my order, I still had a number of questions for the Cupcake Company and I received a quick (and in a very nice way) answer. It was the first time I ordered a cake online and the reviews brought me to the Cupcake Company. And it really is, look no further! The cakes are beautiful and super tasty. We had a carrot cake, chocolate cakes and vegan and gluten-free cakes and this is all recommended !! So all in all a really good experience!

Even during the vacation a fantastic service by email. I sent a copy of the invitation card and the design I wanted... the result was amazing. We loved loved loved it. Most importantly, it was DELICIOUS!

Had a last minute request for custom cakes and we still got something amazing with names on the cakes and everything! Tasted so good as well and we got some extra cupcakes that were also amazing! Definitely coming back soon! UPDATE: Been back twice in the meantime... Still drooling over those lemon cupcakes! So good!

I placed the order last minute, and needed the cake to be delivered before 1pm. The delivery man came around 10am, and it looked perfect! Once we started celebrating my son s birthday and cut the cake, everyone went silent because the cake tastes sooo good! I will be placing on order again. Pricing is also very good!!

Ordered a woodlands theme fondant birthday cake for my 1 year old's birthday party, the cake was so so cute and delicious. The team at Amsterdam Cupcake Company was very responsive to my mails and questions, and even though I ordered the cake very late (1 week in advance), they were still able to deliver. Much appreciated, we really enjoyed the cake.

Ordered 90 mini-cupcakes for the following day and they were extremely responsive and accommodating! The delivery was there extremely quickly and the cupcakes were heavenly! Everybody absolutely loved them. Definitely would recommend!

I had several occasions to sample their cup cakes and cakes from this shop. I find the cup cake to be dense and hard. It should be moist and fluffy. The cakes on the other hand are moist and light. But the biggest problem is all their stuff is much too sweet. I know Dutch pastries are normally quite sweet, but these are sweeter than sweet. So I don't recommended this shop unless you have a very sweet tooth.

Through Google I ended up at Amsterdam Cupcake Company because I was looking for a special birth cake for my future granddaughter. Through email we had quick contact with Faryel and explained what the wishes were namely a Dombo with pink ears her name and birth date but otherwise no exaggerated pink, or they could make something like that. No problem I was told after waiting for the birth began. 3 days before it was known that the baby "born" would be passed on to Faryel of the ashes. childbirth, we agreed that I would give the name and date after birth. Still a bit scared when daughter told that if they did not succeed they would have to wait a few days. But fortunately 21-01 I became the proud grandfather of Sofia. The 22nd I could pick up the cake, still an exciting moment because how would it be .... But when I got the final result I immediately thought yes that's exactly what I meant. Dumb in the circus the details like the cap and the baby on the trunk everything was right. In the evening with the coffee we presented the cake a special moment and according to my daughter an indelible moment. After the many photos, the cake was still cut, although everyone thought the first thing was eternal sin. The cake and filling was very nice in terms of structure and taste so also a well-deserved compliment. All in all, from the first email contact to the last bite of the cake, I want to say: "Thank you Faryel (Amsterdam Cupcake Company) for your creative and tasteful contribution to the celebration of the birth of my granddaughter."

Had a bad experience with this. I want to order a custom cake on Friday. I am told to call back on Monday. I call Monday, I am told that I am late in ordering (while Friday was on time and her own colleague had told me to order it on Monday) Very hassle. Have to call and email a few times. If I could finally order, they indicate that they cannot fully implement my wishes because that takes too much time. Many of the wishes are not possible. Great, I still order the cake (quite adapted and I release them in their creativity). Cake is served and remains untouched by guests. Why? Cake is dry, hard and old. Waste of money! 110 euros for 32 people, but no one has completely eaten his pie. Some have taken 2 bites out of politeness. The cake has remained uncut on the table for three quarters, what a shame! The tables were filled with plates of cake from which 1 or 2 bites had been taken. The guests even asked when that cake was. The texture was hard and dry and the cake crumbled into pieces when you hit it with a fork. After I email them, I get the answer: that can happen, thank you for your message. That reaction is very indifferent. I mail them again, they indicate the following: No other customer has complained about the cakes of that day, so it was good. Well, not everyone dares to send a message so quickly. Really bad after-service.

We searched the city and country for a party that could make a gluten-free, vegan and wedding cake for our wedding. And we found this at Amsterdam Cupcake Company! A nice tasting, thinking along with our wishes and the result was a slicing cake and many different cupcakes. Entirely in our theme of (blood) moon and stars. Everything tasted delicious. The fact that the blue tuft left a blue smurfs mouth was a surprise, but luckily after a glass of water it also disappeared. Faryel and her team really did it TOP! (The sugar bride couple in the photo was supplied by someone else)

The cupcakes were okay for vegan AND glutenfree. I didnt know it was an option to get just vegan (so normal gluten), i guess those are probably a bit more moist.

We have probably been one of the first customers of ACC. My family and I are disappointed that the price goes up but the quality goes down! I understand that the price goes up because everything becomes more expensive, but the taste of the cupcakes and cakes that we have ordered / bought over the past 2 years is not comparable to the taste of the cupcakes that we ordered 6 years ago. And what a big difference. It seems that more attention is now being paid to everything that is 'commercial', and the taste receives little attention. We have also decided as a family to temporarily not order anything anymore as the cakes are not fresh / tastes, they come from the fridge when we come to pick them up and taste like supermarket cakes, too bad! The owner is super friendly, but if the other employees also learn to be a bit friendly and patient when you cannot find your debit card, for example, it would be okay. good luck!

great service, we had a 4th of July themed cupcake request they looked great and tasted just as good. we had a mix of vanilla, red velvet and chocolate cupcakes all baked a decorated equally and they even did the red white and blue cupcake paper forms.

We had a last minute request of a large number of personalized cupcakes and everything went smoothly, and they were delicious! Great reactivity!
