Horrible checkout experience! Let me down badly...
Hotel expensive The pool was closed for repair Very large diversified Breakfast
Fantastic service, clean and comfortable rooms and great location
Overrated hotel, swimming pool in summer Camping mode, impossible to find a deckchair. We are asking for help, nothing. Best of all, the front desk charges you 58 euros for the beach, where we did not go. The manager, a blonde young woman, refuses even our explanations. To avoid
Excellent rooms and service. Dining is very good however they need more elevators
A medium quality hotel in Antibes that features a nearby shopping mall and some kind close to the sea
Nice location. Helpful and friendly staff (good experience with Marat at the check in desk).
This is really the best hotel I've been to, and yet I've done about thirty hotels. The service is great, a great restaurant, a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool with a gym and more! The staff is very kind and friendly, I recommend 100 percent to go down! :)
Very disappointed with regard to the category and the price (over 320 for the night):
> Unable to take the elevator, we were offered a staircase near the bar which is dark, narrow and dirty (service staircase ??).
> In the bathroom there is not even a shelf to put a glass and 2 toothbrushes ...
> The entrance hall looked more like the reception of a campsite than that of a hotel of this category: children in swimsuits and bare chests running around (I should point out that I have nothing against children but qd I pay this price to be in peace in a comfortable place I aspire to a little better); adults, also in swimsuits and shirtless ...
> Despite the presence of personnel dedicated to "security", no barrier gesture was respected and the mask, however compulsory, was worn by one in two people.
> Of course I contacted the hotel. For any response they "split" a preformatted message which did not respond to any of my remarks. It was almost insulting to lack so much commercial sense. So I would add that the customer service is not that great either ....
There are better in Juan les Pins.
A little out of date.
Close tonthe train station.
Good service.
Close to everything you need! Is relatively quiet as well. Friendly staff. Not too far from Nice airport. Has a private beach area where you can reserve sun loungers .... Only downside is that it is 20 euros per person.... But IMO is worth it for the location and bar facilities!
Great hotel for the whole family, and not only the Hotel has everything from a swimming pool to a gym.
Very Nice In the center bay and near to the beach and casino
The encoder broken down very difficult to manage all this between the clientele and the seminar
Seminar training restoration imposed simple correct good products interior hotel super room seminar setting difficult temperature.
Convenient location. Clean room. The veranda is the best.
The parking is really narrow !! It takes a smart !!
Great location, modern hotel. Rooms are nice. Small bathroom with shower. Our had no special view. Close walk to the sea promenade. There's a supermarket nearby
Nice classy establishment, Cosi, calm, pleasant staff ....
Great location, comfortable well maintained rooms, but very chaotic organisation when attempting to organise the arrangements by phone for my group.
The reception debits the amounts of your card without any reason or justification, to avoid!
The rating is assigned for parking, public access. Parking price not displayed in advance. Impossible to turn back once you are in front of the barrier.
We planned to be with the family in a suite for a week. We decided to shorten our stay because of the bad conditions of the room (noisy broken air conditioning, water leak) you understood nothing we can speak of a nightmare stay ... Except the service of the receptionist Mr. Christian who knew how to meet our expectations and made us leave the hotel on a high note. I congratulate him and thank him.

Hello I am going to this review in order to evaluate this hotel and let you have my experience.
Room: We took a room and when we got there the room was nice. The bathroom is too small. There was a not very pleasant toiletries and stains on the walls but a lot of stains, the floor was not cleaned well. Plus there was a Mormon book, find out why.
Staff: Friendly welcome, quick porters, there is something to do in case of problems.
Meals: In my opinion the food needs to be improved. The pancakes are cold because they are not covered. And other small flaws.
Sanitary: There are things to improve including the cleaning of the rooms, The sanitary rules at breakfast are dangerous because when we are using everyone is touching the tool, why not let the waiters serve us at the place in question.
Pool: No notice as I didn't try it.
cordially
Good overall performance but when we arrived the room was not ready. We had to wait until 4:45 p.m. to dispose of it. I had never seen this. Deplorable.
Exceptional hotel, beautiful decor, nice quiet room, junior suite 630 just top , extraordinary staff nice, I arrived Saturday night the receptionist was super smiling, and very kind, I recommend this hotel as I will recommend it to my friends and my family really will not be disappointed.
Very nice hotel. The staff is available and helpful. The private beach is top
Very friendly hotel on Juan-les-Pins a little far from the city center 10 minutes swimming pool very nice staff to the care against to review the cleaning service in the room
Except the Mormont prayer book in the chest of drawers
The staff was absolutely a pleasure. Marie was so nice and attentive to my needs as a guest. I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay there again. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were clean. Gorgeous view from my room.
I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay. There are lots of nice touches - little free lavender bags in the foyer in the evening to help you sleep, the staff in the restaurant are friendly. In terms of feedback points - it was often hard to get a chair by the pool so it would be good if there were more (although the pool attendant was very nice and tried to help you find one), my room when un-vacuumed for quite a number of days (not ideal if you have been to the beach), and the hot breakfast selection was not amazing (although you could order eggs separately which was a nice touch).
Good hotel, good location. A Mormant Bible found in one of the bedroom drawers.
The hotel is not a vacation resort, more a hotel to stay for business. Breakfast outside is horrible as there are aggressive pidgets everywhere. The pool outside looks like a camping. There are the entire day kids playing, screaming and fighting whom are not even a guest of this hotel. Pool looks very old, needs a renovation. The room was too small for two people and on the balcony was only one chair for two people.
Nice hotel, nice locating in a quiet area. The pool area is nice and cleans and the staff is very friendly. The rooms is new and modern with AC and all the utilities you need.
I just love it !!!
Everything is perfect "a real 4 *" a special mention for the reception. Thank you Christian, do not change anything.
My advice: choose a pool side room ... Otherwise the junior suite 610 extra with sea view!
December 31st: beautiful weather we are preparing for Christmas Eve ...
Quality, service, acceuil, infrastructures, beautiful hotel
We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, the building is somewhat dated but the rooms are updated and the fitness center is beautiful. A few things I would change to this hotel... 1. The couches in the main seating area near fitness center are EXTEREMLY dirty 2. A few days down at the beach the bathrooms were out of order and that was very hard to find another bathroom, for 70 euros a day that should be fixed ASAP 3. BOTH elevators in the hotel were out of order, BOTH. For a few days of our stay, this is a 6 floor hotel.
I will end with the staff was super helpful and we would stay here again, just minor inconveniences that should have been handled immediately.
Too expensive for a hotel that does not even have the sea view
One of the best Hotels in Antibes area with fantastic staff who really know how to keep customers happy and offer a memorable experience.
Special mention for some of the staff like Toufic, Camille and Marat who have been extra nice to me over my 3 week stay in this hotel.
I definitely recommend this Hotel.
My 5th or 6th visit in this hotel. Just a great place, great service. For the first time I have try the restaurant and I need to say that it was a great surprise. All good great location and great ambiance.
Dedicated and very attentive staff
Have a good stay
The hotel staff is very friendly and professional with any service combined. The indoor and outdoor pools are top. The design of the hotel is perfect. Full breakfast and bar service is significantly improved. The rooms (suite as family) are spacious, functional and with a beautiful decor. The big problem is with the TV, very few channels (0 chains children and more), not in order and with a quality equivalent to that with a terrestrial antenna of the time (worries that continues for a long time).
Well below average! Dirty bathroom and AC vent. Cracked sink. Appalling smell of drains and sewers throughout (even in the lobby). Good bed. Good balcony. Quiet. Exclusive.
beautiful lobby. spacious room and tastefully decorated.
in the summer the pool is overflowing with children very noisy tables around the pool remain uncluttered very long in the sun ... pity
Situated in a quiet area but in a close walk to pubs and restaurants, beach, shops.
Hotel is beautifully decorated, with a modern touch. Guest's are always welcomed with a smile and kind demeanor. The guest's requests are tended to very quickly and efficiently. The entire staff is professional and very kind and I will definitely return! Merci!
Reasonable room. A shabby shower. Safe at floor level - suitable for extremely flexible people.
Spacious dining room. tasty food.
The hotel is centrally located not far from the promenade. excellent service.
Always a good option in Antibes. The staff is magnificent. Special mention for Elisabeth from reception. It solves everything. Good hotel !!!
We went to this hotel for a business meeting.
The property is beautiful, the service is excellent, everything has been taken care of very well.
Hotel located near the city center and the sea, all within walking distance.
I recommend !
Came with a group tour. Overall, the service and facilities are adequate. Generally, the food is satisfactory but inconsistent. For
some reason, the seating arrangements in the dining hall were inexplicably changed a number of times then changed back when brought to the staff's attention. When I called over a staff manager at breakfast regarding a place missing at the table she got very nasty and walked off in a huff. Very unprofessional.
Pool top.room top .. breakfast very well if you know that you can ask for omelette or fried egg without extra
Very central position, 2 steps from the bars and the beach.
Old hotel that probably needs to be rebuilt. Great location though.
The building looks rather dated, so does the pool. The rooms are okay. This is one of those standard boring conference hotels. One can t order anything to eat or drink by the pool, neither bring your own things. Disappointing
Nice room, friendly staff, small flat for scrambled breakfast eggs that are not made with fresh eggs .. and on reception staff that probably includes several languages except French !!!! pity
Standard room, cleanliness not exceptional, gym little equipped. Average breakfast. Well located, the price seems a little high. My rating will be 3.5
Great experience I highly recommend the restaurant of this hotel. The food and service at the top.
One of the best hotels in Cota D'Azur
The location is really excellent
The staff is very kind
The rooms are large with very new equipments
The breakfast is great
The pool is excellent
The fitness center is great
I strongly advise against this hotel
We arrived last Tuesday with no TV for the duration of the stay, i.e. 4 days
Noise in the hallways until 3 a.m. from children running and playing
Paid parking and very narrow but it is at the head of the customer there are some who have the right to leave the car in front of the hotel for free :)
Municipal pool impossible to access so many people from outside and very dirty pool.
The staff are nice but even they are overwhelmed if you want a hotel where you cannot sleep before 4am and wake up at 8am no TV, I advise you
Mediocre breakfast
At 400 euros a night it hurts and we don't expect that
Participation in an evening in the hotel, I can judge that outside. I think it is well located, the pool area is very nice
Very well . We have organized an event for 180 people. Effective and responsive teams. Perfect
The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The bar man patient and friendly too.
We were in the off season so very quiet, but can imagine this being a very popular and busy Hotel
Rooms that are not too spacious and begin to feel the weight of years. I found them still clean and tidy.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast varied and well prepared, I would have preferred some more French specialties
Speaking as a world traveler with over 40% hotel stay per year, this hotel must have the nicest and most professional staff ever. Well trained and courteous to the core! Veteran staff and apprentices have nailed hospitality standards to set the bar high. Nice hotel with prime relocation that requires more attention for up keeps. For example, lamp shades in rooms have past their wear and tear time, etc.
Two-night stay at the end of August after a reservation made on the hotel's website as part of a promotion received by email that promised a free upgrade and a credit of 50 per day. arrival, nothing as we expected. The front desk clerk haughtily told us that the hotel was not participating in this promotion and the sales manager did not see fit to respond to the two emails i bothered to send. For the rest, a cramped room in which the remote control did not work, the reception telephone number noted 1 when it was necessary to dial 9, a pestilential smell in the miniature bathroom in which there was no no shelf to put his things except the top of the formwork of the suspended toilet. Finally a "chick" breakfast which is certainly not worth the 25 requested. In short, an experience that I have no desire to repeat.
Travelling with Titan group. Very pleasant helpful staff. Hotel clean and welcoming pool excellent and pool bar.
Room is small, no offer for an upgrade, pool is not heated and needs cleaning, food at the hotel is very pricey
We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past but now we stay at a Private Villa still located in the complex.
On the 7th August 2018 we went to check on the car which we found had passenger window and rear window broken shattered everywhere and the car ransacked obviously broken into.
Naturally we went straight up to the hotel and asked for the manager. While we waited for the manager they supposedly rang and was on the way the staff really couldn't have cared less what had happened. No apology and if anything rude. Immediately stating they were not to blame, even though the car park has their name written all over it. After speaking to numerous members of staff we found out that the CCTV in their own words "sometimes works and sometimes doesn't". Not ideal for guests with expensive cars looking to park them securely.
But the worst was that they said they were aware the car had been broken into on the 2nd August, 5 days earlier and didn't bother to contact us! Said they rang the police but had no incident number etc. Only supplying us with a couple of photos someone had taken of the car with their phone which were useless as we can see the damage thats been done. Its the CCTV catching the culprits which is relevant.
Audrey was specifically rude, pretty much laughing in our faces when we quite rightly were rather upset at what had happened. Telling us we must speak one at a time like a school teacher standing over us. And after waiting 45 minutes eventually found out she hadn't even bothered to ring the manager. A security man telling us we should speak in french when we are in france. Not helpful at all.
When asked if this type of thing has happened before in the car park a clear answer couldn't be given while they were talking in french between themselves think we heard the security man say last week happened to a bmw.
Basically that happening to a car in a secure car park is unacceptable. The car then being left for that long in that state like its a piece of trash is even more unacceptable. And then the attitude and professionalism of the staff was one of the worst I have ever come across. And this should put anyone off staying at this hotel.
After coming here on family holidays for years and years if you're reading this I would pick either the garden beach hotel or the belles rives hotel both far superior, much better locations and generally nicer all round.
The hotel is located about 5 min from the beach in Juan les Pins but has its own beach with the possibility of sunbeds. Full breakfast and staff speaking good English. All rooms have a balcony.
