The rooms are very nice and well maintained. The whole ambience is quiet and interior is good. Their restaurant is beautiful and food quality is great. Though the room service could be better.

Right at the central location of Agra. Taj Mahal is at walking distance. Rooms are not very spacious but fairly neat. Not luxurious. More of a budget hotel. Breakfast does not have many options. Just ok type. Staff lacks professionalism but ready to help as much as possible. Overall recommended if location or price is of high consideration. Not bad type accommodation.

Cool hotel nice service cleaned rooms good security

Room is not spacious, and the bathroom fixtures was broken.. Our bathroom door got jammed when i was in the bathroom.. Not recommeding the hotel..

Good place to stay. Restaurant is very good. Technologically advanced place. Nice bathroom with jacouzzi and shower with hot water in the mornings. Television service is also good. Only thing is that people here are unhelpful.

Pretty good place to stay in Agra. Rooms are a bit small and services are pretty decent.

Excellent place... Located in the main road.very clean and good staff. Best part is Costa coffee and Pizza hut are just next to the hotel.

Rooms are not clean and not giving another room any body wants

The hotel staff would try to put you in a subpar room on arrival. The rooms will be small and unlike as described on the third party apps you used to book the rooms. You have to fight your own battle as the customer service from the apps is non responsive. 5 star to the food served in their restaurant Mehfil. The food will take time but is worth the wait.

This hotel stay is awesome. I have stayed in hotels charging more than this but nothing compared to this hotel. Amazing. Room is so nice. Staff is absolutely friendly n makes one comfortable.
Food was out of this world. I ordered chicken butter masala, missi roti, laccha parantha n tandoori roti. Yummy is all I can say.
From the doorkeeper onwards, everyone was out to help. Totally impressed me. Everything is more than value for money.
There are some small problems, but that's nothing when compared to the experience.
A 5 star hotel is professional. This hotel is personal..
Therefore.. unbeatable.

Very good....fantastic room clean hygienic tasty food

I saw this hotel from outside. It has coffee shop at front.. costa coffee is the name so clearly people do not need to go far to grab a cup of coffee from a professional coffee store. By the looks of this place I found it beautiful and organized . Hope people review soon after visiting the place.

Hotel was disgusting. Room was compacted and untidy. Lots of mosquitos were there. Bed sheet was not cleaned. Lift is in such a bad postion that I got stuck inside for 20 minutes and no one was there to help. Car parking is in a long distance from hotel. On top of that, there is no proper car parking given to customer. Last but not the least, employees were unprofessional. At first they argue with me and then fought with me.

I will never recommend anyone to stay in AMAR YATRI NIWAS. For me, it is 0 star hotel, like some local dharamshala.

Good hotel and quick response from receptionist. Food service also good. Good breakfast. Little small room but ok for couple and 10 minutes drive to Tajmahal.

Room was very dirty. Found women's hair on the bed sheets.. Bathroom was horrible. Food was just Ok. service was not bad. Overall, don't book this hotel if you can afford more than 3000 rupees.

A budget hotel is never this good. Super service and good property with humble employees.

The only good thing is the courtesy of the staff. For posting deceptive photos of the room and restroom. Please don't book this place trusting the photos displayed. The hallway, rooms are dingy. Rooms are a way too small and feel claustrophobic with so many colors. Unclean room and washroom. Weird thing is that there are high-tech switches for room service and general switches, however, we could not appreciate this.

Better to go hotel amar instead of this poor service hotel

The hotel staff would like to put you up to a substandard room as opposed to that shown in the third party website for which you have booked, inspite of those rooms being available.The staff at the reception are not courteous, however the food served at the restaurant was delicious.That being the saving grace for them.
