Amazing things! I love this store it has so many things that im into, from Doctor Who to anime to Batman to Star wars to My Chemical Romance and theres so much more. You can buy blankets, clothes, belts, shoes, jewelry, toys, vinals, piercings, stickers, backpacks, hats and beanies and so much more. I totally recommend this store.

I placed an order on December 1st and did not receive my item, nor notification of the status of my order. By the 15th I called customer service which had a hold time of over 30 minutes, so I sent an email. The response was that my order won't be filled and a refund was processed. Now, almost a month later, there still is no refund and customer service is not replying to my emails. This company has the worst customer service and I will refuse giving Hot Topic any future business.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!! Bought slippers for over $16.00.. Way overpriced but it was a Christmas gift so I paid it. Christmas day he wore them only 1 hour and the whole back ripped out. I took them back a few days later with the receipt and because we didn't save the tags, they would do nothing for us. No money back, no store credit.. I never heard of such a poor return policy. They were uncaring, ignorant and seemed to be proud of their poor customer service. After mentioning this to a few friends, I found out one of them took an item back to this store with the receipt and the tags and the store would do nothing for them. They lost several costumes so far, and before I am done they will lose several more. STAY AWAY Over priced JUNK!!!!!

Hot Topic promised to deliver my item before Christmas, and did not. It still has not arrived. Since I no longer need the item, I now have to go through the return process. I will avoid this company, I should have read all the horrible reviews first, and there are plenty. Stores like this will not be missed.

This place was Terrible. I waited in the street for trucks to clear the entrance. When I did get in the manager was rude End the parking is terrible they put cars in the parking lot where trucks have to backup While there are other trucks trying to get in just a terrible experience

Looked into getting work here, but boy do they want you to work hours upon hours. Upon applying, I talk to human resources , and the schedule they had sucked. Monday through Friday with mandatory weekends and overtime is not enticing. For a company that entices the subculture or the alternative fans, they sure come off as oppressive with these all day everyday work. It's no wonder they're always looking for people.I suggests they establish some freedom within their own establishment rather than trying to sell it to the public.

Really hated working here. Started in September with an agency got hired onto company several months later but it sucked overall, they over work you for little pay, at first I liked it till I realized how awful and biased people are like the leads and supervisors. Rumors spread like wildfires and there's honestly no growth within the company, so much favoritism and childish people who are supposed to be your leads and supervisors. Standards and company policies are not present.

Working here is blast , just wish I could be with a different agency or to be in the company. however I'm not here to bash the agency, I'm here to give thanks to hot topic e-commerce and the very hard-working individuals thanks. They have given people such as myself a opportunity to have a foot in the door. Working here can be fast paced or slow tempo just depends on a few factors. However great working environment.

My husband got dinged for a dispute that never happened and now they say that it can not be removed from my account, even though him and I have separate accounts, and I'm no longer able to shop on Hot Topic or Box Lunch websites. Been a valued customer with this company for years. Horrible customer service when it comes to trying to resolve an issue. Amy, the customer service supervisor, was unhelpful and lacked knowledge about anything that was going on. The staff was more helpful than she was.
