We stayed at Horseshoe casino for 6 hours. The slot machines were very bad not giving us much winnings. We do not plan to visit Horseshoe any time soon if ever. I lost over $700.00.

The first time I went to casino waa just before Christmas the band was okay and the DJ sucked. Today was my second time to this casino. Soon as I arrive there is a shooting and the DJ still sucks. Not going back this place ever again.

Its the best casino in the area if you don't feel like driving to MGM

It's something to do on a Saturday. I didn't win anything there though

Management is very unprofessional and they have a very sexist dress code against females. The Baltimore Horseshoe staff needs some training on how to be more professional.

horseshoe is the only casino I go to. I live in DC,but I go to horseshoe.

We had $500 on the roulette table and then had dinner at Giada's restaurant you can't miss out on the great food and excitement here at the Horseshoe

First time at Ramsay's restaurant and It met all the expectations. service and food were extraordinary. Our server mizan, was very knowledgeable of the menu. He was attentive to all details making sure that we were having a good experience. The crab cake, and the signature beef wellington were simply delicious, but the best of the night was the wagyu fillet the mignon, cooked perfectly. Highly recommended.

Security was a little rude for no reason when checking id's. They claimed they checked all id's, which was a lie cause I watch them let 3 people walk by that clearly looked under age, but stopped my brother-in-law and gave him a hard time and he clearly looks over age. Otherwise I had a nice time.

lost $500 on black jack :( had a fun time, but I lost all that money! better luck next time

They dont freaking answer the phone
I want to know what is the minimum for 3 card poker
No one knows and no one answers the phone
I have to drive one hour to get there so I want to know before I go
What is it $ 25 minimum $ 15 or $ 10 post the damn thing online or answer the phone and direct to the Table Games. I'll not drive ONE hour unless I know what is it?

First time being here it's ok but considering how my casino is where I live in NC its ok. I will say the food there is good and the bar drinks are amazingly good.

I cannot believe that I can t talk to any agent about my rewards statement. I ve been trying for a week at least four phone calls, left voicemails and never return call. I have been out of the states and I am unable to use maybe try a reward expired on the 16th I have requested they be extended till the 22nd.This is the first time I receive so poor customer service not even a phone call that would tell me they couldn t do it very poor! I should ve rated customer service One or lower!

Food and drinks are pricey, but there are plenty of slot machines and table games.

Highly disappointed with the food selection, only a pizza place and chili place open on a Saturday. Ladies restroom had no paper towels, how cheap can you be? We came here twice, for the first and last time.

1st time visiting the casino and the staff were really helpful. When getting our club cards, the girl recognizing my dad being a veteran due to his hat, offered him the military/veteran club card which included a free parking pass for times when the garage charged parking fees (during home team games etc.) I know that not a lot of places offer such but wait to be asked about for it. I also liked that you can order your beverages from the machine that you are playing and don't have to hunt down a server. The only downside is how much we paid for a domestic draft...being from Delaware we are used to things being expensive, but wow...anyway, it was a lot of fun and we will be doing back the next time we are in Baltimore.

Housing for the homeless when its cold and a playground for those up to know good

Nice casino. Good food and drink choices. I win more and am able to play much longer here than at Maryland Live. The only complaints are it's way too cold in there (makes me tired) and the music they play most days isn't great. Other than that, it's a place I would recommend.

The Crowd Is Too Young & Too Wild On The Weekends! And The Horseshoe Reminds Me Of A Wild After Hours Night Club!

They don't pay on the slot machines and when you spin 1000 times and get a bonus you may end up winning $1 or nothing

Interest casino in Baltimore. Definitely a machine for everyone and live music.

I had a great time I had a hard time try to find were to park my tractor and trailer but I managed. We played but did win anything to brag about we pretty much gave it back what we did win it wasn't no 500-700 dollar win but I had a good time.

Food service bad. Needs a clean up. 75% of ATM's not working.
