Extremely well organized. The best of the park, fun, beautiful, wet, an experience.
One of the best attractions every visitor should go even though it's very costly.
Great tour! Awesome experience! However my credit card was incorrectly charged. Ticket booth was of little to no help and online routes have been slow to respond. Pay in cash if possible.
Great cruise, great sights. I did go on at the wrong time during pouring rain and got all soaked, but it was definitely worth the journey.
If we go to Nigara-Falls, we must do it
It is a must see in the Falls. We descend by elevators to take the boat. Everyone receives a poncho (it was pink for our period). Then we embark on the boat. It is best to stay outside to admire. We go to the US Falls to go to the most impressive water wall. Basically it is almost untenable because of the splashing water. We come out very wet, the part not protected by the poncho (dress and put on the shoes accordingly). But you have to experience it on the deck of the boat to feel this power.
Really it is to be done.
The return goes through the souvenir shops.
Must see in Niagara Falls. Stunning view. Feel the force of mother nature up close and personal.
An absolute must if you're in Niagara! What an incredible up close and personal experience with one of natures wonders!
Having 100 people on your boats is a recipe for disaster with covid-19 still out there. Apparently greed is more important than people's safety. So happy that Niagara Parks put a stop to the tours.
Took the night tour with the fireworks. Fireworks were ok but the rest of the cruise was nice. I liked it!
Well it s not the Maid of the Mist, but I think that may be a good thing.
Went on the full mist and the fireworks cruise and it is simply spectacular.
The live music on shore was great, and with a decently stocked selection of snacks available it made the wait almost another attraction in and of itself.
Fantastic experience, Too Quick for my taste but a stunning approach to its magnificent falls
Very nice staging area before boarding, complete with refreshments and live DJ, very nice !
Great veiws! The line moved fast and we had great spots for an awesome veiws.
Not only a Niagara must, but a fun and educational way to experience this natural wonder up close and personal. This narrated 45 minute cruise goes so close to the falls that everyone ate drenched, wearing the issued rain poncho or not. Wet or not, no visit to Niagara Falls is complete without this unique experience.
A little disorganized getting tickets, but once in line with tickets, the line moves fast, and the experience is amazing! They have a lower deck where you can hang out & have drinks, but it is tents, so it can still be quite hot in the summer.
Absolutely breathtaking, you match experience this at least once in your lifetime.
This is awesome but closed currently due to weather
Would have been a 4/5 star only they are selling real-fur in the gift shop which is so unnecessary! If you don't care about animals then......you might think you've seen the falls from the top but there's nothing like seeing them from underneath. Could be a little longer but you'll feel better if you get this as part of your Adventure Pass which is only $56 otherwise you'll pay $40 just for this one !
This is a must do. The experience is amazing. I loved getting wet and being in the falls. Beautiful pictures and views. Do this for the life experience. It was a shame to see the Americans crammed on the maid of the mist like canned sardines not social distancing or wearing masks what so ever despite the fact they are diseased with COVID. However, with the Hornblower, Canadians are taking all the precautions with masks, sanitizer and social distancing. My boyfriend and I practically had the boat to ourselves. On this journey you can clearly see that Canada is doing the right thing and still profiting
Best time to do it is now during the restrictions, not a million people pushing against each other you always get the best view with no need to fight for it.
Great experience boats over crowded but still get great view would just be more enjoyable with less people
A must try when visiting Niagara. Prepare to get wet!
Great experience. You will get wet. The boat takes you close to the Falls, so you get to experience the power, both wind and mist, of the Falls. We were about the last people on the boat. Everyone was crowded on the top deck and the side of the boat away from the dock. We stayed on the dock side and were very happy that was the side that got closest contact to Horse Shoe Falls.
Beyond beautiful out of words pictures & videos cannot do justice to the actual beauty of niagara falls.. one must have to see it to believe it s beauty. so grateful to have seen such a beauty. Thankyou for the amazing experience ..
I love sea Waves & falls , my boat took us very very close to falls
Absolutely amazing experience! Don't skip this when visiting Niagara Falls! I wish we would have know this ahead of time, but there is a great patio area (after you take the elevator down closer to the water) where they serve food and beverages. We grabbed lunch before, so we didn't eat or drink there, but it looks like a much better option that the touristy places on Clifton Hill.
Let's be honest: the price is excessive but it is absolutely to do! Provide a waterproof camera, it really wet at the foot of the falls!
Great experience, when the masses of water in front of and next to one down. A must for everyone. It is quite wet, the plastic cover keeps only limited dry, but it's worth it. Mobile phone or camera should be properly waterproof.
We went at low season and had a great visit. Falls were great, staff helpful, trip to the falls was very good. Great to see the falls from from water. Looks like it gets very busy at peak season, but worth the visit.
The customer service was amazing and wait time was only 5 mins. Easy to access the tickets because of the self check out.I strongly Would recommend everyone to take the boat ride.
Always a great thing to do with the kids while at Niagara Falls
An amazing experience! I didn't realise you could get so close to the falls! The queue times were really quick too
You need to do this trip as part of your Niagara experience.
Terrible customer service. I ordered tickets online, my credit card was charged but didn't issue the tickets. Still fighting for a refund about a month later after multiple phone calls and emails. The boat experience is fun but I would just buy there at the desk. Avoid the website or having to deal with the office if you possibly can.
The experience was amazing! Worth the money and the line, but the whole process should have been organized better. I was especially disappointed to be forced through a lame gift shop at the end.
Absolutely love it. Been there more than once but it never gets old
Wow right before winter snow hit....beautiful experience
You think you have seen all the view of the falls but getting in the boat gives you a whole other perspective! The crew were friendly! The poncho keeps you somewhat dry but if you are taking pictures bring waterproof camera as there is no way with an iPhone.
Quite enjoyable. You won't see much because of all the mist but it's very exciting. Your poncho will do very little, so be prepared to get wet. Lines are well managed and go by smoothly.
Amazing tour getting so close to the falls! I love felling the rumble and roar of the falls in my body! There is no other way to get a view like this without taking this tour! Best part is on a hot summer day feeling the mist hitting your body and cooling you down! Defiantly recommend!!
I went early on Sunday morning because the water was too hot on the previous Saturday and it stopped working. There are so many people who are touring in Korea ... I am pushing and it is really manners ... I see foreigners who are unhappy and I am all touched ... Korea Tour Daisies are aunties Please do not push me. That does not matter a lot in 3 seconds. I waited about an hour for the boat and I honestly do not recommend it. It just takes a long time before the waterfall, but it takes too long. It does not look well because it is splashing water. It is not long time.
MUST do when in Niagara Canada! Well worth it! First walked by at about 12:00 noon on a Thursday - the line to get to the boats was about 1/4 mile down the strip - REALLY!!! A local guide suggested we wait and come back after 5:00 p.m., said usually no wait. Well, he was right! We came back the next day (Friday) at about 6:00 p.m. There was no wait at all! We went right into building, down elevator, and to the boats. We waited only 10 minutes for next boat to arrive and passengers to disembark. Only 100 or so on our boat (can hold 700 when filled to capacity)! We stood right up front on the bottom level - definitely the best spot!
This is part of the Adventure Pass Package(a great value and they even offer a AAA discount). The best part of my Niagara Falls vacation. This is as close as you're going to get to the falls.. I wouldn't even want to get any closer. The cruise is very well run and organized and you feel very safe. Wear flip flops or bring an extra pair of shoes because you will get wet where the poncho doesn't cover you. Ooh and they have free WiFi.
We loved the Hornblower Niagara Cruise! As a C-5 quadriplegic, I was very glad to know that this was handicap accessible. We rode the funicular down to the boat and there was a ramp to get on the boat. I was a little nervous but the staff was great at answering questions! They eased my mind completely! The boat brings you closer to the falls and the views are breathtaking! If you are on top of the boat, be prepared to get soaked! We were on the main deck of the boat and we got pretty wet but we were able to go inside to avoid it if we wanted to. The cost was $25 but watch for a Groupon to save money! I would love to come back and do this with our whole family!
16 year local. The fireworks cruise hornblows. Spent 6 minutes getting to the cornor of the horse shoe. Spent 1 mintue there and spent the other 33 minutes parked under the rainbow bridge watching the second boat get a great close up experience and a much better spot to watch the fire works. Spend much less money for the 5star day time experience and watch the fireworks somewhere else.
The experience on the hornblower cruise is amazing... my husband and I enjoyed this very much and the wait time was about 5 minutes..
It is worth it if you don't mind getting wet. The view from down here vs. up there.. is totally different..
It's really cool, but it's painful to go all the way to the front... The strong wind gets wet with the water bomb and all the shoes And I can't see everything Water fog? I can't see it properly because of the splashing water. But even considering that, it is recommended to ride! Wear shoes that don't matter if it gets wet haha
Great tour, you get really close to the falls and it is beautiful.
Was totally worth getting the adventure pass package. The tour is way better than maid of the most.
It was in early winter, but it can be quite cold, especially if your legs are soaked in cold weather. Of the three ships in early winter, we only run here. It's a very special experience, but it's a great summer.
Did the quick trip. Totally the highlight of the trip. Make sure you have tickets or a pass before you get into line. Don't be put off by the long line up- it moves very fast, and they are super efficient at moving along. The front of the boat is wetter, both sides get to see the US and the Horseshoe falls. Strategize before you get on to get near a railing.
Seriously one of the most amazing moments of our trip. It was incredible doing the boat tour. You get soaked but it is so much fun! The lady beside me was there with her Grandchildren and she told me she had been waiting 30 years to do this. It brought tears to my eyes! Magical experience!
Definitely should try it once!!! But be sure to get a good spot, there were lots of people. Really nice views, enjoyed the water spa
