Loved it!!! Wonderful experience. Prepared to get wet even in the provided ponchos. So close to the US and Canadian falls and so amazing. Hope to come back some day and see at night with fireworks.

From a distance the waterfalls are spectacular, but seen from below they are something even more incredible.

Fun experience for both adults and kids. Well run on modern safe boats and seem less from the Funicular ride to boat ride, back to the top. Good value for money.

It is a wonderful experience and at a very good price. It is worth taking. The box office is in a super accessible place and has to buy tickets online or by cashier, thus avoiding the line that, despite being very long, moves fast. The cruise provides passengers with a raincoat. If you go to Niagara, you must take it

A must to do! Plan ahead and buy the Adventure pass. It's breath taking once you approach the Canadian Falls. Stand on the right upper deck of the boat to get a falnaminal view. Wow...wow...unbelievable! TIME on the boat is timeless. Get your water camera ready for the close up water slashes of the fall. Avoid your cell phones.

This is a must do activity when you visit Niagara Falls. The cruise takes you near the Falls (both US Side and Canadian Side) and the view is just mesmerizing. It s totally worth the price. The views, the sound of falling water everything is just amazing and the experience is just amazing.

Very nice experience to see and feel the falls from up close below! A trip to the falls isn't complete without this experience!

Absolutely amazing experience. It does take some time to get through the line to get tickets since lots of foreigner groups come in chunks. Be ready for almost a shower since it takes you very very close to the falls.

Amazing boat ride under the falls, be prepared to get VERY wet, shoes and all. No where else to see waterfalls like this.

The best!!! The ride was unforgettable. The boat and the customer service on point. The entertainment explanade and bar area beautiful. They even have bands playing. Only service animals allowed on Hornblower.

If you only can do one thing in Nigeria Falls, do this. You'll never experience anything like it.

We had a great time on the boat. It's crowded but you get super close to the falls and get sprayed by the mist coming off the falls. Definitely worth doing once, but I probably won't do it again because of the outrageously long line ups.

Absolutely LOVED this tour! We stayed on the Canadian side (which I highly recommend as there are lots of attractions, surroundings are clean and people are typically welcoming) and so we also chose to also ride the horn blower. We arrived early in the day so that we didn t have a super long wait and purchased passes from our hotel tours to get the best rate. I loved how close the boats got to the falls and really loved the experience. We also visited the US side which gave you a closer feel when standing above the falls

Amazing experience! The journey right into the falls will blow you away for sure. The Funicular is a good for people who find it difficult to walk down the winding steps for the elevators.

Amazing experience coming up close to the falls. The ticket lines were very long and the ticket agents were working very slow. A good way to avoid this line is to order tickets online. You get them by email and do not need to stand on line at all.

Most touristy things in this tourist-trap town... and we loved it.

Yes it is busy and you should go expecting to wait around an hour. But it is well organised. My kids loved the funicular ride down. We only lasted upstairs for the American falls, that was wet enough for my kids (4 and 6). After that we went downstairs, where is was empty and you could stand behind glass. Perfect for younger ones who are a bit scared of the noise or intensity of water.

The experience was absolutely amazing! Being that close to the falls took our breath away! The boat was large, very clean and safe. The process was well organized. We were a bit worried about the length of the line at first, but it moved very quickly. There is a cafe at the end with live music and snacks that we really enjoyed. I simply can t say enough about how wonderful the Hornblower staff were. They were professional and courteous and it was evident that they wanted their customers to have a wonderful time. There was an unforeseen issue with passes we had purchased and it meant that we would have to go back to the beginning of the process in order to ride. I was there with my 8 year old son and my mother who has a heart Condition, so in that heat it wasn t going to be a good situation and it was extremely stressful. Sophia took us aside right away, identified the issue and escorted me back up to help me resolve the issue and escorted me back down quickly using shortcuts etc. She even helped explain the bus system and how to easily get to our next destination. Sophia blew us away with this over and above attention and demonstrated that she really cared about Hornblowers customers. Given how busy it was we couldn t believe how helpful and attentive she was. It s a breathtaking one of a kind cruise with a lot of heart, and we can t recommend it enough!!

An unforgettable incredible view ride, I went with my family and we were very happy to have invested in the complete adventure pass $ 99 package, we really enjoyed it worth it.

I absolutely love going so close to the falls. Not a big fan of the ponchos, because they are in all your pics, but your outfit would be completely drenched without these, so you can't really do much about it. Maybe if they try and make the ponchos a bit attractive ..just a thought

I enjoy this. Totally worth the money they are charging. If you dont mind getting wet just try and get to the front area of the lower deck/Upper deck to get the best experience.

The main attraction to go to the heart of the falls

If you want a boat ride the best if to buy the tickets online, the line for the ticket can be very long. Be prepared to line up for the ride even when to have the ticket....this is a very popular activity here.

the raincoat is provided, and you can buy a waterproof and slip proof shoes just in the store before the ride if you don't want your shoe wet

We really enjoyed the close encounter with the falls! Unfortunately, the service was bad because of a guy named BART who was so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! He was referring to a safety guideline which was not posted anywhere. He was over-reacting and cannot show any proof. He even asked us to go back to the beginning of the line which doesn't make sense at all.

Simple and straight forward. Long line ups at time. Extra points for having to deal with some very over entitled patrons.

Great experience and so much fun. Not the first time we have done this boat cruise and wont be the last either. The line will look insanely long but don't freak..... We waited maximum of 30 mins in line to get on the boat. In a heavy tourist area that is expected and was pleasantly surprised how fast it went.

The best excursion hands down. I could have done just this and saved some money. The other excursions are not as good.

Amazing trip to almost the center of the fall. Definitely to be experienced, if you are visiting Niagara. On a busy day. the queue can be extremely long (all the way to the main road) but it moves quite fast, so the wait time may not be more than an hour.
They provide you a poncho before boarding the boat. The upper deck is from where you will get the best view - because of which it is very crowded. There is an audio tour playing in the background that provides information on the main fall as well as the other two falls (on the US side).
Be prepared to be drenched as the boat moves closer to the falls. Poncho doesn't really help beyond a point. Someone with a GoPro would definitely have a gala time. They take you close to the fall enough to have mist fall on you (it is literally like rain showers) and the boat stays there for a good 3-4 minutes before returning.
There are some food outlets as you walk out where you can have a quick bite or something to drink. You drop the poncho back on one of the containers placed outside and head back.

Awesome! . You must do this when you are here, it is worth the 20 CAD (plus tax). We were totally soaked on the upper deck and there was a strong strong wind. If you want to keep your belongings dry, don't take them with you or stay safe on the lower deck.

Great experience. Very organized and there is lots to do before and after if you want to stick around and grab a bite to eat. Live music was playing on the day we were there.

Highly recommend when you come to Niagara. Wait times are not too long either.

They have a nice resting area you can use before and after the tour, the boats are spacious and the tour is just long enough to give you a good view of both the American and Horseshoe falls.

My only gripe is that rush you onto the boats. It is very much a "go-go-go-go" feeling. Get on the elevator, get your poncho, put it on, get on the boat, get off the boat, go go go go.

The falls are wonderful at night. The boat tour takes you along the falls and gives you ample time to view them. The boat serves alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and snacks.

Spectacular approaching the falls. It is worth the effort to come although it is very short.

Very scheduled and quick moving wait to get on the boat. Our gloves were soaked afterwards, come prepared to get wet, even with the panchos they give you. Great experience and I absolutely recommend going down and up to the falls, the mist and the sound is mesmerizing!

A must visit place for everyone. It was such a good experience with all the water and a foggy feel. I love to go again.

The experience is only about 15 minutes, but it is a good experience if you're in the area and haven't done it before. I've done it before many years ago, I believe it was a different company back then. Expect large crowds and long lines. But they move fairly quick. Expect plenty of rainbows and sunny days and to get drenched. Water resistant phones or phone protectors are recommended, though not entirely necessary. Long sleeve clothing is not recommended. Have fun.

Husband and I did this for our anniversary twice! (Day and night) We had a wonderful time on the boat, and they also have an area with music, food, and drinks. If you re wanting to do a night ride without the fireworks take the 8:30 boat. It s so cool to see the falls with the lights. Thank you so much Hornblower for a great time!

Horrible Customer Service. DO NOT use themI I took this cruise back in May 2018. After the cruise I bought a snack and drink from the little shop onsite. After swiping my card, they claimed their credit card machine wasn't working so I paid cash. When I got home I see my credit card was in fact charged after paying cash. I've been trying to get them to refund the charge since then and they keep saying it was voided. I sent them a screenshot showing the charge, now they are asking me to send them my ENTIRE bank statement. I am about to file a complaint with BBB Canada. I will never use this place again - so unprofessional!

Awesome cruise that gets you right up to the magnificence of the falls. You feel there power.

Quite enjoyable. You won't see much because of all the mist but it's very exciting. Your poncho will do very little, so be prepared to get wet. Lines are well managed and go by smoothly.

Fun and Good Experience to be up Close to Niagara Falls with Historical Information.

It's a great time and gives you a new appreciation for the attraction. Go first thing in the morning, you don't want to waste hours in line. It'll save you time for other things you'd like to see during the day.

Impressive, a must. Buy your tickets online to avoid a little girl waiting. The girl waiting to get to the funicular seems long, but is doing very well. The show is worth the wait.
