But for the room, service .. good ..

comfortable, recommended, perfect for holidays ..

only the place is less comfortable ...

The services is good, but room guest need renovation, especially for the bathroom

Hotels with locations have road access to several directions in Bandung .. Not bad

The hotel is a little creepy ... the bathroom is like never rubbed ... the walls are peeling. The room smells like the smell of dust for years ...

One of the luxury hotels in Bandung, a large swimming pool, easy access, which in fact is in the middle of Bandung.

One of the things I like about this hotel is the swimming pool which is an Olympic pool so you can swim as much and as fast as you can. Hotel prices are also affordable. Even though when we arrived the towels were not ready, we can still understand because this is the first long week after the pandemic where many people are just starting to venture back on vacation. Hopefully in the future the service can be even better.

Hotels with familiar names. It might be better to rejuvenate the equipment and layout

The location is very strategic, opposite the hotel there is a perfume shop that is very hits in Bandung, namely the Perfume Inn

I stayed two nights, 27 and 28 December 2029. Room 809, dull, severe bathroom, towels were worn out, like a bath mat. Gordiyn can't be closed.

Nice place, clean, beautiful and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and attentive. The toilet and bathroom are clean. Foods are not delicious. The toiletries are not good. The old hotel and the goods are oldies too.

The building is not fresh enough. For room 722, the bathroom is old fashion, it feels like you don't need to bathe up anymore now. There is no tv remote. AC is not cold enough. The blanket has not been changed from the previous wearer. Needs immediate renovation.

This is my first experience staying with KLG & usually at least a year I want to stay here because of assignments. It was ridiculous how badly the service was when entering the room. One of the telephone rooms doesn't work, both rooms have no towels & close the bath tub as soon as you enter the room. Operator & housekeeping very slow response & seemingly throwing responsibility while the position of my child is small in the shower & waiting for more than 30 minutes for the arrival of a towel. Disappointing really this time the service. Even though it was confirmed by the CS clerk from 12 o'clock, we stayed there for 2 nights ...
