HORISON HOTEL BANDUNG Review

The drawback of this hotel: the hotel is old & poorly maintained, the bath tub & bathroom toilet is not decent. There is a decrease in the quality & quantity of breakfast, there used to be a typical Sundanese menu, but now it's no longer there. The bathroom mat is on request / phone, the default is no mat. The filling speed of food that has run out is quite long, even though it was told to the waitress, but the response is very long and just filled up. Dirty old plates & cups "lying". Excess of this hotel, rather spacious parking, Olympic size swimming pool + rooms are rather spacious.

Need to renovate the building ... freshen up again ...

The room was comfortable but unfortunately when I stayed there the TV had no remotes, there was coffee & sugar but the glass was only there but the spoon wasn't there

Comfortable place to stay in Bandung. I stayed at room with connecting door, both rooms are clean and comfy. But the bathroom is quite old and its ceiling is low.

Swimming pool is big with simple playground but children s pool was dirty and slippery.

at 8 pm, my conversation with the receptionist
me (s): mas, can the central air conditioner be fixed or not?
receptionist (r): yes you can
s: how do you do it mas?
r: oh ... I'll have someone there later

and until 9.42pm no one came to my room to shut down the central air conditioner. even though my request is simple. just asking for help to turn off the central air conditioner, bro ... because my child has a fever he is cold asking for the air conditioner to be turned on.

Room conditions are not standard, I booked 2 rooms using a connecting door between the two rooms I ordered. One room has a hair dryer, while the other room doesn't exist. One bedroom lamp does not work differently from the other room. Then the toilet sprayer in one room does not have a seat, it is only left hanging on the toilet, in contrast to the other room.

There are three types of swimming pools in this hotel.

The Toilet is disguisting, just Throw Away the bath tub and change for shower and curtain, move washtaffle inside the bathroom, give A new Air conditioner for every room. And change the Carpet with wood panel or something new. No refrigerator in room. And all room is so dusty.

Please do something fast, because i love stay in horison. Like in bekasi, bogor, horex sentani, there a great room and facilities there. And make me to stay here again with doing some renovation immediatelly
