I stayed 23 minutes parked in the emergency car park I had to pay 2.40. It's really theft never seen it elsewhere.

bjr me I am very satisfied with this hospital seat I find all generous each one does his job with smiling except a few ladies who receive patients at the reception of each service are ... with cold heart not even a smile damage I hope that they will change in the future so it 's super good luck and thank you.
Worst hospital I could see ... having a nurse who stings badly an elderly person several times ... then realize that the blood flows on the ground and not in the vial ... while making him laugh and say "a real butchery" ...
Return to the emergency room 4 times and conclude that all the results are negative ... and send you home ...
While black on white in conclusion on the exams it is noted that it is an acute sinusitis etc ... etc ... etc ...
Request the medical file and refuse to give it to me ...
Change hospitals and have the doctor say "they can't read Erasmus ??!"
Finally there is not everything and it's already a lot ...
Great, service, and services provided to my son who was hospitalized for two weeks. Excellent health professionals. Thank you, congratulations.
After having several bad experiences in this hospital here is what I remember
1) Poor patient management
-ex: waiting in the ER more than long, if you suffer especially do not go. Staff pay little attention to you. I understand that there are other patients present, but to wait (about 5 hours if not more) with great pain ....
-2) Doctors: strong lack of empathy and professionalism
-ex: announcement of bad news without compassion + no organizations transmit information to the person concerned
3) Poor patient follow-up
Since there have been vending machines for a while to register, everything is going more smoothly. Everything in the hospital itself is well marked and you need help to go to the necessary department then you can go to the info. A part of the hospital has recently been split off and is located at different locations, which does not make it any easier, not even for the specialists. We are sorry about the few parking places.
Pass a few times. It is sometimes industrial but we are always well looked after.
Been operated in 2014 of a lung very well looked after
hospital well my staff quite dry in word and just horrible emergency emergency await.
I am sick with autoimmune, I spent 20 days of hell in Erasmus with nurses in constant recreation and mostly unpleasant ... impossible to find rest while sick with sss
at 11 p.m. we come to wake you up for check-ups which should be done in the early evening ... do not disturb meetings lol (orthopedic service)
and very arrogant doctor and not that for me seen the 20 days ... I saw scroll and lol ... paid from the private one will be much more favorable to you and again !!
Clearly, I left very frustrated and swore that Erasmus remains an industry and you remain a number
Hello, after 7 months I realize that my 1 month stay in Erasmus remains more painful than the reason for my coming to them and especially for an unresolved concern !!!!
Go against them, we will calm you down with tranquilizers without knowing it for a spat with a nurse
I had back surgery in 2016 and I had the best care! My husband was treated in the geriatric ward by a competent and friendly doctor and nurses.
This hospital does not look like a hospital but at a big mass-produced factory, I was a few times before and I never came back, it's patient-like and not a human being that needs 'to be healed. Shame on Erasmus!
I am 10 years old and when I was 3 months old I had a problem in my heart and I had a herpes operation and 4 months ago I opened my eyebrows, my heart was sewn and I was born has herasma.
Quality service, very competent staff, much more than most Brussels hospitals. Sometimes quite difficult to navigate, signs and indications not visible enough outside
Arrived at the emergency room of Mons for unbearable pain, waited more than 2 hours to hear that you are not the only lol! Rage was directly Saint Luke and frankly there are no comparisons! Supported directly. Erasmus is no longer Erasmus from before !!! To flee
I have been attending Erasme Hospital for 27 years and I find that human relations with patients have deteriorated significantly. There is no visible policy of friendliness and hospitality.
I have just seen a specialist who received me 45 minutes late and who did not consider it necessary to apologize.
On the other hand, my consultation of 59 euros lasted a maximum of 5 minutes.
In addition, there was no auscultation. Just a few sentences.
Not hearing it well, I had to ask her to repeat it several times, which she did with a hint of exasperation in her voice.
And finally, after a series of prescribed exams, I would have had to wait more than a month to see her again. No proposal for a telephone appointment to at least know the results. And no other colleague available within a reasonable time.
So I decided to ask for the examination protocols to be sent to my attending physician. It is he who will take the time to explain to me and possibly direct me to another specialist.
In Erasmus it became so big that we lost awareness of the importance and usefulness of the relational aspect.
Very nice staff when I go with my kid who is autistic
5 eves and 30 minutes of waiting, I ended up going away ... one more weekday one morning, not even an idea of when a doctor will take care of me. The service during the night is very good but during the day it's something else! I will consider other hospitals before coming back here.
We received very good healthcare services here for our baby daughter. Very professional! A big thank you!
I am still too much in shock to send a complaint mail directly to the zh, but what I experienced in 5 days on gastro (8th floor) cannot be described in words ... downright rude when you arrive you are barked at, they forget to pass on information to colleagues, turn their eyes when you do not understand a word and ask for an explanation. After placing a prosthesis between the stomach and pancreas, I became very ill and developed a high fever. That was not communicated, so I went outside sicker than inside. I was downright 'bullied', medication was not given (luckily I had my own supply), postoperatively I developed a high fever and excruciating pain. A nurse said I had pancreatitis, which was not the case. Contrary to what the doctors said, I was put without food by the nurses, but I was given Creon (which you only have to take with food to help digestion). One day I was so "exhausted" and sick that I considered packing my suitcase and leaving. They forgot to change my IV which was completely drained and I didn't see until after I slept for a few hours. So drip full of blood, I called 3 times, they came to have a look 3 times and did nothing about it. My arm was so swollen that it was about to explode, "nothing wrong" the drip is running was their answer, yes .... in my arm not in my vein !!!! I was caught weeping by the assistant who came to my room, she asked what was wrong and only then told me the bullying (such as not bringing food), while I was allowed to eat. After I told this it got worse. In the afternoon I got my lunch on a plateau, a bottle of water ... !!!!! Called my daughter who is a GP, she immediately printed all medical reports and blood analyzes and came to Anderlecht. Then they were shocked, suddenly they were friendly. I have to go back 21/9 for aftercare, have to be under anesthesia again for an examination. If there is 1 thing I never do again is ever go back there. A real shame !!! Not to mention the pigeons that are in the rooms, are aggressive and should be left alone according to the nurses ....
I was eventually told by my daughter that my CRP levels, which are normally around 5, were 110, with high levels of white blood cells. A course of antibiotics was started, which I now continue with at home. Now look for a zh where they can give me the necessary follow-up treatment with respect.
I was always polite, tried my best to speak French but was scolded after another, until it escalated into bullying after I told the assistant. Unprofessional, ignorance, no communication, no empathy, in short a nightmare. The only compliment I can give is to the night nurse who was always very sweet. Now I am going to recover physically but also mentally from the whole ULB Erasmus story.
Shame !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pregnant woman of 21 weeks, supported by the emergency service of night to Erasme for an acute sprain.
Treatment of the doctor: you will have pain during 3-4 days and you can only take Dafalgan and if need the Fastum Gel. Despite taking Dafalgan before coming to the hospital but not helping to bear the pain, she repeats that there is the Fastum Gel and that otherwise you can go home.
The therapeutic panel in the pregnant woman is already very limited, more careful management such as rest or a bandage to immobilize the ankle would have been appropriate.
Conclusion: poor management of the doctor, cold reception of the doctor, inappropriate and not recommended advice.
Fastum Gel: instructions, Pregnancy
Second quarter: not recommended
Third trimester: strictly contraindicated, with risk of cardiopulmonary and renal toxicity in the fetus.
Too slow, we are numbers for them, emergencies are empty but we still manage to wait for 4 hours, before a doctor arrives, and still it is not over because no exam is done yet ... Ashamed, scandalous !!!!
good university hospital
pity the emergency rooms are very narrow and glaucous (dark and windowless)
Shame on all the staff who received my sister this weekend and even more so on the doctor who repackaged a patient whose results were suspected of a pulmonary embolism.
And shame on you for refusing to do a scan which one of your colleagues requested because it was not necessary for you.
It is not just the Corona, there are people who are really sick.
Shame on you Doctor for packing up a young girl under 30. Who can no longer sleep on a bed.
I have mostly positive experience within the hospital and the people that work here. The explanations and the directions are quite straight forward, patients should find their way easily around. Not at all affecting the functioning of a hospital, but I do not understand at all the lack of interest in taking out the Christmas tree and Christmas decoration out of the front door in the middle of the month of March.
Disappointing ! The staff knows neither empathy nor competence nor professionalism! Leveling not down firmly, what a regression in the quality of care. The doctors, however, remain competent.
As a result of my message to the medical team about empathy, I have seen an improvement in the relationship between health professionals and the patient.
Friendly, helpful, punctual. Often cheaper than in charleroi
for the same service.
A coma propelled me on 15.04.84 at ERASME hospital? AND today 18.01.19, I live, or rather I survive, despite the medical advice that advised to unplug the pile of meat that I represented. This coma is not the result of chance of course, but it's still "me", and only "me", who have suffered and lost in a snap of my finger all around me.
Sleep laboratory,
No follow-up, not recommended.
Super nice, with polite staff, doctors who do their job, behave nicely with patients, but you have to wait because there are many emergencies and the most serious emergencies are taken first!
My operation went well, I appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the people who took care of me
I had the most traumatic experience of my life in this hospital. Following a disagreement, I expressed my intention to go out. Everything could have been very simple (I wanted to leave, the hospital wanted me to leave). But, no, security came to my room and left me 30 minutes to pack my bags. Without giving me time to call those around me to help me pack my bags. With all my bags, I was like a homeless man, escorted by men dressed in black in the middle of the large hall. My opinion should not change much because there is a lack of places in Brussels. But if you read this word, I beg you to go your way.
bad service I strongly advise flee flee ignorant staff
it is with great regret that I have noticed that there are racists who practice within this wonderful hospital structure and I appeal to the conscience of those concerned. I am only a victim without a voice and I do not know how much there is yet.
Too bad there is no way to put * in negative. A disaster, an execrable staff, my daughter entered there in child psychiatry, has to wonder, if it was not the carers who should have been in her place. No respect for listening to parents, appointment with shrink that must be done by phone, no consistency, organization to cry. In short, no regrets to have made the decision to take her out, otherwise, I don't know in what state we would have found her. Best advice, walk your way past this hospital.
the 25/02/2019 my mom is transported by ambulance to the emergency for a fall in her garden between 12h and 14h because living alone she stayed on the ground for 2 hours fortunately a neighbor is returned earlier from work and found on the ground and could have called the ambulance .... arriving at the emergency room in Erasmus she was seen by an intern who gave her a dafalgan by the mouth to calm her pain as she screamed .... from 14h to 17h30 when I am arrived because I was working and I was not released before but quite quiet because I knew that my mamam had been properly supported !!!!!!!!! I did not know where she was and when I found her, she was sitting on a stretcher screaming in pain without an infusion of anti pain without examination. !!!!!! my mom had collarbone and all the odds on the left side broken !!!!!!!! and they just saw that the clavicle was broken and not the rest because no exam was done during 3h30 !!!!!!!! when I asked this intern that it was not normal that my mom was screaming like she had to have something else ... she answered no she can come home with oxynorm (anti pain powerful) and go see an orthopedist in 10 days !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ?????????????? obviously I got angry I demanded a scanner on the field ... and the diagnosis clavicle and all odds of the left side broken with the presence of a beginning of pneumothorax !!!!!! and with all her she wanted my mom to come home !!!!!! result of the race ... emergency intensive care with pleural drain under morphine pump ..... if my mom came home she would be in the cemetery !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! thank you madam internal !!!!!!!!!!!!! then tomorrow's medicine makes me very afraid because if already internal she has this kind of behavior when she will be a doctor ????????? finally I do not wish it or never crossed its path ..... today it is tjs usi but go meiux ... not out of business but better thanks to the team of the usi5 and the room of shock .. .. thank you to them so if today we have this care when arriving with an ambulance what will be tomorrow's medicine !!!!! A MEDITE ....
Great nothing to say, everything is perfect service impeccable doctors are at the top!
Very disappointed. We waited for hours in the emergency room.
I thank Erasmus with all my heart Thank you. May Allah protect you
Just a perfect, clean hospital with very kind doctors who they know how to do their job!Everything is great!
University hospital with what you would expect from an establishment of this type.
Very good gastroenterologist doctor but to get treatment you will have to go through: 30 min of waiting because there are not enough staff at the consultation counters, a secretary who makes the wrong appointment time for exams, an incompetent pre-admission service and again 30 min waiting before having someone ... does not know the rates, does not know if we can be accepted overnight hospitalization, gives us an anesthesia questionnaire for children , do not answer the phone ... Parking too expensive: a real tourist trap for customers oops, patients, park in the street near the metro it is better ;-).
Easy access thanks to the car park and filled with different shops
BE CAREFUL, HONEST AND DESPERATE ...
I drove my husband, victim at night of intense cough, vomiting with loss of consciousness, to the emergency room on 2/01/2018 at 1 p.m. After doing all kinds of analyzes, the manager tells us that there is nothing, no problem, prescribes an aerosol for us and tells us to go home and that if that does not go well we only have to return by ambulance. She advises us to make an emergency appointment with a pulmonologist at the hospital. But she is unable to call upstairs to make this appointment. The next day we obtain with great patience and insistence an appointment on Friday 5. Meanwhile we have had the results of analyzes made 6 days ago by a provincial ENT doctor. The Brussels hygiene inspection (Cocom) tells us that my husband has whooping cough. Dangerous and highly contagious disease. During our appointment we immediately notify the pulmonologist in question. She takes this information with a slight smile, does not believe it and prescribes a series of respiratory tests for us. When the nurse comes to get us for the tests and to give us other appointments, I tell her that we have whooping cough. Fortunately she refuses to examine us because my husband would have spread the contagion in all the devices with the unpredictable and extremely dangerous consequences for the following transplant patients and others.
Still not wanting to believe the diagnosis confirmed by four doctors, she had to phone herself and ask for written confirmation to finally prescribe a box of antibiotics identical to that prescribed by the general practitioner. RESULTS: The emergency doctor 0/10, the pulmonologist 0/10. Worse, by the total lack of competence, we put how many people in danger by contagion for three days? This inappropriate behavior should be severely punished. But as far as invoicing is concerned, they don't miss you: 39.96 for a simple consultation!
Good Hospital in general, just the Emergencies which are quite slow ..
the hospital is aging badly, all the services are overwhelmed, it is not rare to wait more than 2 hours in neuro chir. The 3 stars are attributed to the cmedt (center for the study and treatment of pain), there are people who are attentive and efficient.
It's a joke I was really in pain. And I had to wait 7 hours with the pain. Think 10 times before you go
The emergency doctor of Thursday, November 2, 2017 was unpleasant
She made us understand that we bothered, not a hello and no ampathy! Shameful!!!!!!
She should see her hypocrite again.
my husband was suffering from the billiard visicule, he was admitted for two days, and then left him as if nothing had happened, in spite of a clot as big as his visicule.
We told him we will ring you on Monday to give you a date of operation.
It was necessary to make a scandal on Tuesday because we had no news for the hospital deign to call us.
No respect of the patients, the doctors take themselves out of the thigh of Jupiter.
Poor organization ....
It really feels like a number more.
The HR department should review the hiring criteria of doctors ... especially in the emergency department.
Hello ,
I make an appointment for a special exam, 3 months of waiting, but no choice.
1 week before I receive an SMS to tell me that the appointment and postpone.
So I explain that I have been waiting for almost 3 months and that I absolutely need it.
"We don't know how to do anything about it, Mr., in the end, trying in another hospital"
Such things are unacceptable, especially when you suffer and have been waiting for your appointment for months.
The management of the hospital really should question this ....
Just see the reviews of the last months !!!
The treatment since you enter until you leave there is unbeatable, the health staff is the friendliest I've encountered, if you need emergency assistance I recommend this hospital since I was in another two days before and they treated me very badly and on top of me I put worse flagpole that I went to Erasme, anyway very well, on my part they have a 10
madam chief of service in rheumatology can not tell the difference between a wart and a broken leg ... the other "doctors" I met were not better ..
Hospital organized, competent, human and at the forefront of technology. It is located west of Brussels. One downside traffic on the Ring but this is the responsibility of our dear politicians. When will there be a policy on this subject ...
Excellent university hospital welcoming everyone with respect for their humanity
The Erasmus Hospital - University Clinics of Brussels [1] is the hospital of the Free University of Brussels (ULB), located on the territory of the Brussels municipality of Anderlecht [2]. This hospital was opened to the public in 1977 and has a capacity of 864 beds [3].
From 2018, the modernization of the hospital is organized in the South-West of the Erasme campus, next to the Bordet Institute [4].
I was born in Erasmus, my son was also born in Erasmus and frankly they are at the top with the children, in maternity it my enormously help, I never have them any problem until now. In the top !
Gynecological Fertility Service if you present yourself as a couple the price of the visit and double never seen her in any hospital! Scandalous
We have been coming regularly for at least twenty years. We have never been disappointed. By the reception of the nursing staff and by the doctors. We had to wait a little sometimes despite an appointment. Overall, we are happy with this hospital.

beautiful hospital but that in the infrastructure, some good doctor, disappointed to come to this hospital for my son of 3 months, hospitalize the nurse and pediatrician this itches the buttocks in their offices, and this mistaken in the drugs, are badly polite, t oblige to clean the room, the bed to sleep you have to go get it yourself it does not bring it back to you they are too annoying, I have to come back, but I think I will ask to transfer my file to a other hoptial,
Hospital resorts to extortion.
He needs this surgery but you have to make a deposit of $16,444 before we make that happen
The longer it takes you to make the deposit, you are endangering his life
Very sad situation. I guess no oath here to save lives
Don t spend your vacation here for any reason
No seriously the elevators .... It's a disaster!
Just for that I will not come back
I went there to take a blood test to analyze my allergies. They managed to lose the sample between the room where the blood was taken and the room where the blood was to be analyzed (in the same hospital). My doctor never received the results.
I give a star because it is the minimum, I have never seen a lack of efficiency and skill in my life as Erasmus ...
Very expensive parking. Significant waiting at the reception and staff not always friendly. By cons correct care.
Thanks to the doctors and nurses.
Bad hospital! Very rude receptionist. Doctors who have no respect for humans leave patients in the emergency 7 am waiting. Truly shameful as it is a first world country. Outraged at the lack of respect
