Urban Sleep Ltd Review

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Especially Bedford house. If you do you will be living alongside silver fish (which they don’t sort out), have rubbish Wi-Fi- I always have to use my 4G, none of the washing machines ever work so there is normally one available between 150 different students living in the accommodation and they also do work on your room which requires you to move out with 3 working days notice even if you decline the work. I would not recommend living here find somewhere better for your money!

Excellent apartment, Nice staffs, especially Kyle and Mike, so helpful and friendly!

Good accommodation and amazing staff members, couldn't rate Jessie or Mike highly enough. The reception and security staff (James especially) always go above and beyound to attempt to accommodate their tenants.

Despite this, I would not recommend this accommodation for those who suffer with severe mental health impairments due to personal experiences I have had with management/directors of this accommodation. Moreover, they like to punish individuals via tenancy refusals for the next academic year for something that was not their fault and out of control and consequently their policies have effectively made me homeless for the next academic year and I may have to drop out of University as a result of this.

* I live in 2 Vine street since two years, which is very convenient place it is warm in winter and you don't need any AC in summer which is nice.
* Also it is close to University of Liverpool 1 min Justin foot !! You can find Tesco and other markets just next to you .The place is clean I mean new apartment new building.
* The most important thing is that the staff are really really helpful and they have a team of maintenance which are ready to help you with any problem you might have in your apartment

I dealt with a girl called Jessie she was very helpful and informative. Nothing was a problem and she answered all my questions. The apartment is of a high standard and I have settled in really quickly. Since being on the site I have experienced some maintenance issues and contacting the on-site staff they were dealt with in a timely manner.

I've lived at Princeton Place for two years now and Urban Sleep have been really great. The flat has been perfect - the apartments are really nice, most (including ours) have great views over the Mersey and the location is brilliant too - less than ten minutes walking from the Baltic Triangle, and right next to Brunswick station which is only two minutes from central station. Urban Sleep have been really easy to deal with throughout the two years, and have been a big help where needed. I would definitely recommend using Urban Sleep, both for service and quality of the apartments too. All the staff I dealt with were great! I would continue my tenancy for another year, but I'm moving to Australia. If I wasn't, it would be a no brainer!

I ve lived in 2 vine st building for almost two years after I tried two other accommodations in Liverpool city. I d say that my living experience with urban sleep (2 vine st building) was amazing! The location is excellent, building facilities and the internal environment is perfect. One of the most important thing is the good staff(letting, maintenance and reception)! they were very helpful, friendly and provided a quicker response when I need a help! A Special thanks for Jessie, Amandeep and Sam.

Many thanks for kyle, he is very responsible, efficient and nice to support people when they are in trouble. For instance, he helps me twice for the door low power battery problem, so that I can enter into my flat. In particular one, even he is very busy, he still helps me fix it quickly in an hour. And I am very sorry for bringing him the problem when he is busy. Additionally, this is a very nice student accommodation. It is clean and convenient for student.
In a word, the receptionists are very kind and the flat is a very good choice for student to live in.

It's my second year living here and I plan on living here for next year as well. The location is absolutely perfect - just 5 minutes walk to Sydney Jones Library , and there are many Chinese stores, Tesco, KFC around here. All staff are so lovely and helpful. They also decorated the apartment for Christmas and other festivals. Highly recommend it :)

Pretty nice accommodation over Liverpool, staff is nice and the environment is beautiful as well, feel happy to live here and I have already extend my accommodation contact till 2020.

PS: only one thing to be kept in mind that staff are all very faithful Liverpool FC supporters. But they is nice to me though I support Man United

I have lived with the company over a year now and have recently renewed my tenancy on the Princeton Place Development. The grounds and communal areas are extremely clean and well kept. The specification of the apartment is flawless and incorporates a seemless design throughout. The service provided by the staff is second to none. Most recently I have dealt with a young man called Luke. He is extremely helpful and will do everything he can to make sure that you don t have any issues, clear and concise with everything he told me - a true credit to the company.

I lived there for a year and I had a brilliant time, I would happily live there again!
The staff were incredibly kind, always help you with any problems, and are always contactable (special thanks to Amandeep for organising my contracts and answering all my queries, you honestly were the nicest landlord I had).
I felt very secure living there and felt relieved knowing that I could call security at anytime.
The location was perfect as well, as I was practically living on University Campus and it was about a 15 minutes walk into town and the station.
I truly would recommend this accommodation to anyone moving into Liverpool, as I have lived in a couple of other accommodations and found that Urbansleep provided the best quality and reasonable priced accommodation both for students and professionals.

6 vine Street apartment living environment is very nice. We have been living one year. When we encounter some problems, they will actively deal with them.

A professional property management company. The properties are all in good conditions (the hallways are always smelling nice) and they are dependable, friendly and lovely. Great location too. As the result, we are happy tenants!

I have been living on Vine Street for one year. It has a good reputation and advantages. It is near to the University of Liverpool just a minute walking. The staff is very friendly and helpful and if you have any problems they always available to help you. The manager also is very kind.

I ve been living here for almost a year now. I have to say this is the best student accomodation ever. The reception and stairs are always clean. Plus it s really near to the University of Liverpool, only took me about 3 minutes to walk to the Sydney jones library and my lecture rooms (deffo recommend to media students, just 1 minute away from Rendall building if you re about to late and run like a flash). The staffs there are also very very very friendly and helpful, especially Mike lol :):). Anyway, excellent living experiences and would recommend to all students.

It s definitely a good place!! It s easy to go everywhere especially for the UoL students. Only 2 min to the library, 1 min to the Tesco and Chinese stores. Urben sleep is my second home in UK and I greatly love it. Nice stuff and perfect location!!!!

Excellent location, near by the all the key facilities for the student study in the University of Liverpool. The facilities inside the apartment is handy and look tidy. Very nice staffs and they are really helpful. It is very nice to make friends with them. Highly recommend this apartment for the student who without financial stress and the student study in architecture, close to the campus and is a safer place to back in the late night.

The apartment is neat, it has all the necessities you need and friendly staffs such as Kyle and Mike. Though there is no sound proof at all and no hot waters from time to time, the loading sound from the supermarket below can give you a hard time to sleep, but come on, every apartment has it s own problem.

Don't recommend them at all!

I visited a flat in November and I applied for the flat in December. I was ready to pay one year rent in advance! I'm just one person and an ideal tenant for any landlord. I told them I want it preferably before Christmas. If not ready then for new year.They contacted me just 4 days before Christmas when everything was officially closed and I had no help. I told them I wanted to move before Christmas but not 4 days before. I have no help for the move as I'm moving from London. So please change the date for January. But they wanted to push me to take the flat before Christmas. which means pay for at least 2 weeks while I'm not even living there. I refused. And I contacted them just right after new year holidays when no body could take the flat. As their office was closed. First they lied and said it's been taken. When I refused to believe it they came up with another idea and told me we can give you if you accept the contract from 21st Decemeber!!! it was 5th january! I refused and said I can accept from now or next week. but I'm not paying for the weeks before. Then they said no. Then I wrote them an email and told them they need to behave friendly as they are working for real estate not army! and I told them I will find the owner and complain!! then suddenly the manager called me. first she tried to be very polite because she was afraid obviously! then she started to lie! she said we kept this flat on hold since November for you!!! which was a big lie! few times the guy called "Oliver" told me, before you pay the 125 GBP payment we cannot keep the flat on hold for you! I've made the payment on December! so clearly it was not on hold for me!!! and in 1 day after our last phone call, when they offered me to take the flat from 3 weeks before, suddenly someone took it!!!! another lie! but the manager was a bossy woman! she didn't even let me talk over the phone and she was just afraid of official complain!!! not the quality of the service she offers!!! The owner needs to know what kind of people are working for her! I will definitely inform him! She didn't even let me talk!!! I couldn't say anything on the phone! she was just talking talking talking..... So for stealing 125 GBP from me and just to say SHE IS THE BOSS!!! she did this to me and to the landlord!!! Imagine living there and dealing with this Bossy B....!!! I'm so happy I refused and stood for my own right! Very soon she will be surprised!!! I will contact officials and she'll see the consequences!!! Stay away from this company as long as this BOSSY MANAGER and UNPROFESSIONAL staff are working there! It's not about CLIENT it's about a BOSSY woman who is officially sick in head and suffering from lack of attention in her private life!!! dealing everyday with this type of people in a place you're living is not recommended at all!!! STAY AWAY! or be ready to say YES to any unreasonable request!!! And remember I am a single girl, with very good financial situation, paying one year in advance, have no guest and no family in UK. The best tenant a landlord could wish for!!! But the bossy manager wanted me to even pay 2 weeks extra for nothing! Just because she decided the contract has to starts from 21st December!!! It doesn't matter how I or the landlord feels!!! It's about HER!!!

After living at Brunswick Park (Princeton Place) for only four months they increased prices and justified this by saying that the whole of the development is facing a rent increase and that this is non-negotiable. Not great.

The Urban Sleep Team, in particular Jessie and Sam have been more than helpful In not only dealing with my application for the apartment here at Princeton Palace (should be called) but also ensuring I have settled in well. Staff respond it seems like seconds after any emails ive sent requesting help. The team go above and beyond and even helped take a huge spider out of the building hall way...it was huge and was giving me evil eyes every time I walked past. It was no bother to the staff who were happy to help!

The best apartments I have ever lived in. Love living here. The staff are great and so helpful.

Very nice Team, quick response to any inconvenient I've had. Amazing views from Hawthorne building. The green areas are in perfect conditions and communal areas always clean. Without doubt, is a really good option to choose.
