The staff is really helpful! I went to computer area and the girl who helps me was really nice honestly she is really patient and nice!

Nice staff but the computer center needs to be upgraded. Mostly stools to sit on. Only 4 chairs with backs to sit on. Where is the donor money going?

It is a very nice place to read and stay there for a while.

I didn t stay long here, but the library itself is quite spacious, including the 2nd floor. The high ceiling definitely makes it feel quite big, however, you would think that the floor to ceiling (almost 2-story) windows will let a lot of light in, but not really. A bunch of florescent lights in the ceiling (and there are probably a lot of them due to high ceiling) are necessary to light this place. The restroom is quite small. Their WiFi is quite slow.

One thing to note is that the parking is only for 2 hours. I wonder if there s anyone who wants to stay more than 2 hours... the street parking in front of the library also allows only 2 hours.

I love this bookshop and my children also very organized and clean the people they serve are very kind ... a quiet and relaxed place !! ..

Great selection of Vinyl records and CD's. Oh, they have a ton of books too!

The library is large and pretty nice. Kept clean and stocked. Although I usually am at the children's section with my son. Used their computers once, never again. They are so very behind on technology. Slow computers. Just go elsewhere.

I agree that customer service can sometimes not be up to par. However it is a great big library with a hug selection of books. I've spent a fair amount of my college years here and the resources were helpful. The children's section is better then other I have seen. They sometimes offer special events each month which is catered to children. Restrooms are dated but clean. Parking is plentiful.

Whittier public library has always been there when I need a good book to read. The staff there are so nice.

I absolutely love this library! My grandson always goes there for homework and for studying. I would also like to say that the people who work there are top notch! I really recommend this library!
