This store always has an interesting variety that you don't see at other places nearby BUT you have to be very conscious of expiration dates when shopping there

It was a different place to shop at I've got to say. They have so much different stuff there. Their stuff might be almost expired or a day older some of it is even knew and still good. But very cheap prices I wish they would have more of these stores

A very interesting grocery store. More stock than most overstock type grocers. Well organized and clean.

I have saved so much money here over the last few years. So much more to choose from vs. The patton ave location. We bulk up here on meats and dried goods. Alochol isnt cheaper but id rather they take my money than the other stores!

Staff is always friendly. They have a huge variety of foods for any diet and lifestyle.

Two blocks from my apt for over ten years, sometimes dropping in for a specialty item, or TEN ones! Fresh eggs, butter, veggies, fruit, etc.! Staff were great and patient! My greatest achievement: I love fresh almond butter. But I hated to drive miles to get it! I found a company who made the nut grinding machines and took the info to the manager! After almost one year, he met me at the door. Walked me in the produce dept., pointing to a shiny new machine! I was honored to grind the first bag of almonds! Got carried away and ground the entire bag! Bought most of them. He asked if he should drop the price lower than the chain store! I advised him he didn't need to, but he did! Now I can share with family, kids, grands, great grands, three grandcats and a Yorkie! Very satisfied!

Not only are they a Great Company to work for...i did years past. They have helped others along their Journey in life as well. Growing from a small Company to a thriving one in different areas. Black Mountain store is the one I shop at "it's close to where I live" so yes stop in and see all the unique foods and well known labels they have at a great low cost. They even have local farm foods and Butcher!
When you check out at the cashier....please, say thanks to their employees for working so hard. Their growing family needs a well deserved smile and thank you from the community.

We used to regularly shop here when we lived in Black Mountain and always loved it. I especially liked that they made juices. That part of the store is closed now and I hope they bring it back!

Hopey is our all time favorite place to shop. We literally would not be able to eat healthy and buy organic if Hopey didn't exist. Happy customer for almost 10 years! I love the changing food selections, trying new foods, and the consistent staples they carry. Excellent beer and wine selection. Miss the Cafe this past year due to covid. Staff is always very friendly. Just an overall happy experience shopping every time I walk in. Big thanks to yall!

Top notch spot for lunch. Sandwiches are great! Lunch is only $5 here.
