Asheville's coolest store! Not as large of a selection as the flagship, but great staff and conveniently located near everything in downtown.

I needed some hiking shoes, decided to go to Chimney Rock the next day. I stopped in to check out their selection. I tried on Merrell, Keens, and Solomon and then settled on the Solomon (great shoe, performed perfectly on the hike). The price on the shoes was a good price so I was very happy to find out they were $20 less when I checked out. Good selection and friendly service. A perfect shopping experience.

I was disappointed in this store, which is probably my fault, bc I was expecting lots of gear. Very very minimal gear, but lots of clothing and gifts.

I know it's only a small amount but the cashier charged me 2.50 on items that were on the counter marked 1.25 and I even asked if that was the price both buying them. Idk if it was a register error or what. I couldn't see an itemized list before I was asked to pay bc I would've noticed instantly and NOT bought the items -_-

Matt (I hope that's his name) provided us the absolute best service we have experienced in a retail environment. He was attentive and thoughtful. While we were shopping at least 15-20 customers came through and greeted each of them in the same friendly manner.
