Anderson hate Hoosier Park. Tightest slots you cant win, no free spins, if you do get a chance for a free spin you don't win nothing, very very very low wins, hogs won't eat the buffet Indiana tightest casino guarantee Hoosier Park won't thrill you but they will piss you off.

Too many machines not working. Techs are overwhelmed with repairs. Many customers complaining. Not worth the trip.

I've been going to Hoosier park since they first opened and it's always been one of my favorite casinos as well as horse tracks. Hoosiers overall atmosphere, personnel ,restraints, slot machines, and race track (with Indiana Grand) are just great and have been tops for me. I always enjoy my trips to Hoosier.

I had a great time, service eas good, food was wonderful and i won some money. .

Needs to have better comps. And more of the newest games like the other casinos have.

Disappointed... no one was winning they need to loosen their slots a little

Just don't win much here. And bought a housekeeping matter to staffs attention but was the same problem a week later. Sad.

Non-stop fun here! There are plenty of free drinks, like soda and coffee! Public restrooms! Plenty of free parking space, includes handicapped space. Free weekly contest/prize entries! Food to buy, a bar, smoking & non-smoking zones for all! Overall, there s a lot of fun & excitement at this casino! The winning opportunities are endless! Also, they have sports betting, unlike the 40+ states!!! ALSO, they will begin to operate a live playing casino (Blackjack, etc...), beginning January 2020!

After reading the reviews I am not even going to waste my time going to this casino.. I get it that people who smoke are more likely to go to casinos but I cannot be around all that smoke. So you lose some customers but still have all the smokers..good luck with all that..

We used to love coming here and thought it was worth the 2 hour drive but after last night probably not going to bother again. The slots are tight if they are even working. I have never been to a casino with so many broke down machines.Staff wasn't super friendly like they used to be they used to socialize more but now it seems like they don't care if you are even there except for the beverage servers.

Our son who is disabled lost his cell phone at Hoosier Park today. This is not the first time he has lost it and probably won't be the last. I was able to call Hoosier Park and got a very helpful person who transferred me to Lost & Found. They had found it! When we went in to claim it, I can not say enough about how nice the two female security guards were! They made him feel like he wasn't the only person who loses things. I wanted to hug both of them, but that would probably not be appropriate, but I did want to compliment them on their helpfulness and sensitivity.

Went to the buffet. A little pricey, but the food was fantastic. Their skirt steak was amazing! They also have a made to order pasta bar that you need to check out!

It was ok , everyone was friendly . The machines are super tight dont expect to win over 5$ horribly low payout . Probably will never come back .

Its horrible, before u could win but now with the live poker tables u come out upside down pretty bad....

Would be a 4-star because of the cigarette smoke smell was very thick! Need a better ventilation system or designated none smoking areas!

Go there quiet often...their slots can be tight unless u bet max but you can do decent at mininum recommend the 5 cent roulet machines

This is a really nice Casino. They have a good Buffet, and lots of slot machines, and electronic table games. The newer slots really don't pay back anything at all. I try to stick with the golden oldies and I seem to do okay.

Was excited to play cards with live dealers. If I was a blackjack player, it would have been awesome. They have plenty tables for it. I'm not and only having a couple 3 card poker and Mississippi stud wasn't very enticing. Will go back but not anytime soon.

Too much cigarette smoke. A lot of machines were out of service. Not a lot of big wins but overall great experience. Bathrooms were nice and clean.

Drove almost 2hrs to spend more time going to get help with my card than getting to play, donated 10 for a no kill animal shelter to get 10 on the card... after everything, got to play 2 machines over the course of 2hrs and never even got up on either one, it went like a toilet flushing. Other than getting to hang with my friend and knowing she had a good time, it was her idea..she had a feeling she said, lol. However, I personally didn't have any fun at the casino. I'm not a gambler anyways, this state is lucky if they get 2$ out of me in a year, just not my thing, probably why I had a messed up visit... who knows?...

Not very good half of the machines were out of service

My family and I were there for New Years and I just wish they had the dealers working. But other than that food was priced well and service was good. The line to the bar was outrageous too long of a wait for drinks and not enough waiters taking drink orders. Music was Great!!

Nice place to go to relieve stress if you can't afford it.

Honestly think they have tightened up the machines since the switch in owners. A couple hundred dollars will be gone in less than a half hour easily. In the last 4-5 times I've gone I haven't hit free games features on the slots but once, and it paid $25 on a $5.00 Max bet.
Dirty bathrooms. Broken slots. Dirty everything....

I would give the racing park a 4 and the casino a 1 based on the absurd fake dealers. The racing park had good view and a nice area to watch the race but could have used more betting machines. If you like smoking the casino was ok at best and if you are not in love with smoking then it was a pretty bad experience. The non-smoking area is very small with old machines. In terms of slot machines the smoking area is pretty good minus the absurd quantities of smoke. They need to install a better ventilation system like many casinos have already done. The crowd was slightly trashier than your average casino, but I also went on a payday Friday at 7pm......so that was expected. The big issue I have is the fake table games. I understand that in Indiana it is illegal to have live table games. But this casino was just ridiculous. Half of the roulette machines were broken and probably a third of the black jack machines were broken. Speaking of blackjack, they have "fake live tables". So they have these tables THAT HAVE TABLE MINIMUMS, with people standing there (like they were dealers). You give the dealers money, they put it in a machine for you (because that's so much better than you putting the money in for yourself) and then you play normal electronic blackjack......except different tables have different minimums. and its not like the whole table is playing together. Each person has either own screen and is playing their own game....except there is a person awkwardly standing in the middle. It is absolute nonsense. So when you are done playing, you push the "collect my money" button, and instead of it printing (like every other electronic machine in the casino...and probably the world), you have to wait for the fake dealer to come over and push a button for you to print the ticket. So the dealers job is to put your money in the machine for you and push a button to give you a ticket. AKA the same thing that the players do on every other table. I honestly cannot imagine the interview process for that job. I would give this casino a zero if I could just because of these tables. If you go to the casino, plan your trip around horse racing or a concert and not the casino.

Didn't gamble but I only came for the Crab legs and prime rib. Need I say more.

Decent assortment of machines. Need some updating on the machines. Go here for fun. Don't expect to win, though

Take your business somewhere else games are rigged you're not going to win unless the machine wants you to win it doesn't matter how many times you go into bonus rounds you're not going to pick no major winner until the machine gets ready for somebody to win the deck is stacked against you

I never seem to win here. I used to be a regular winning enough to keep me playing but for the past 8 years I've not won anything but $5-$10 here or there. Now that they've changed all the machines it difficult. I think I will take my chances on the state lottery instead.

Hit a jackpot for $400 !! It s exciting and fun and they offer free soft drinks and service that walks right up to you!! I love this place and I go every chance I get.. it s good to know when to walk away .. if you don t have the willpower stay back it s addicting and insanely fun!!!

Changing my rating from a 5 star to a 1 star. We come out here to spend money and have fun but now there is NO fun. The machines are tight you hardly even get bonuses any more since they change to Harrah.
They are stealing peoples moneys to pay for the repairs they are doing. Tons of broke down machines I've had a couple malfunction on me in 2 hours while here.
Not to mention the fact that it's uncomfortably HOT in there now with the mixture of smoke makes it a miserable time.
I miss the way it use to be... My favorite waitress said working here isn't even fun any more. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Same old same I don't go much because they are so ripping people off ..they can let a whole lot more people hit than they do .I donate at Church and Charies .But if I go all the time and don't win .I'm donating to them ...They got way far more money than me ....WAKE the helll up people

Good food. Good friends. Good fun. Bet 6 bucks on horses/Lost 6 bucks on horses. Still fun. Real good black coffee. Valet parking is nice. Clean restrooms.

FIRST TIME VISITING THE HARRAH'S HOOSIER PARK. HAD A GREAT TIME EVEN THOUGH WE DIDN'T WIN.
