Got there around 7:30 pm Saturday night, and there was a line waiting to get in. It probably took about 15 minutes to get through, and once in it appeared that most slots were taken, but they had plenty of room at craps and the 3 to 2 blackjack tables ($15 min)

They finally got new slots and a lot of them, they could be looser...but overall not the worst casino I've ever been to. Try to avoid the deli on the casino floor as much as possible. They are slow for just reheating food, they lose tickets and just generally always seem lost and confused.

It was a very nice building and casino. There is a free shuttle service to take you to and from the building. Well let casino playing area with a restaurant and bar. There is a smoke free area and a smoking. It definitely attracts a crowd seemed really busy for a Sunday morning. Getting to and from Anderson was a terrible slow time with all the construction on interstate 69. Traffic was backed up for quite a time going to and from interstate 69. Once you get on scstterfield road traffic was a breeze to the casino. The house difinitely wins there but it was something to do with great helpful friendly staff and services.

Fun!

This casino has been terrible since they opened the tables my wife and I have spent lots of money there on slots. will not will not be back there we have went there for a long time...but no more

Very upset with new owners. Have been using my vipp card for years. Was told today they will now charge five dollars for each transaction. Not only that the slots don't pay like they did under previous owners. When you win a bonus and it doesn't even pay what you bet that's a problem

Have been going here since they opened. This year this place has fallen to a new low. Machine are the tightest I have seen in 7 years, bonuses are far and few between. Players card perks are a joke. I get 5 x more play perks from cincy casino's and I play there 95% less. Never received a hotel offer that they promote. Go down to Cincy and play and hour and you will receive free rooms for 6 months straight. Plan on waiting a half hour if a machine breaks down. Happens alot there. Machines do not aways pay right so you have to study your machine. I only go because it's a couple miles from home. If you plan on a fun visit skip the casino and go up stairs to a free concert on friday nights.

This is definitely a casino, and by that I mean there will be times when you win a bit, and times when you lose your bankroll. I would say that selection of slots inside is varied and good, with a mix of both old school 3 reels and newer video machines. If you come in here with reasonable expectations, you should have a decent time. The Deli on the floor is a nice place to get some food, and I haven't had an issue with them yet. Overall, Hoosier Park is a place to try your luck, if you've got the time and money to part with.

It's a casino. Its loud, its bright, and it's fun. The pop is free which is awesome. Theres also horse racing which can be a blast. You're allowed to smoke inside. But, it's not a smoky place.

Its amazing.

Its amazing.
GREAT FOOD
Fried shrimp could've been fresher but there wasn't a hundred plus people this time. But it was amazing everything was clean. Geourgeous on the inside

I see that Harrah s management responded to my review, but apparently did not read my entire review because they only spoke to the players club conversion ... that is only one small piece of my list of concerns outlined below. HERE IS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW:

=====================================================
Very long time patron and this was my 3rd visit since Harrah s took over ... it will likely be my last.

I totally understand the need to change the internal and external branding because of the name change, but Harrah s has some very serious issues to address.

- Payouts are terrible on the machines l ve always played.
- Bonuses are few and far between on my regular machines.
- On your regular machines, you can just sense that they have been adjusted and are playing very differently than before.
- Only 2 out of 17 machines I played today actually read my new players club card.
- About half the machines I played took multiple attempts to finally accept my dollar bills or my vouchers.

You can sense that most patrons are very dissatisfied with what they are experiencing so far with the transition, and I ve heard many patrons make similar observations.

Harrah s now pretty much has a monopoly in central Indiana

ARE YOU LISTENING INDIANA LEGISLATURE .....
....... please do the citizens of central Indiana a huge favor and give Harrah s some competition in the area.

Friendly staff, nice variety of slots and electronic card games. Decent prices on food and drinks. Vegas like atmosphere. The horse racing observation area is awesome.

They have indoor and outdoor concerts. Over all a great place to go. My wife and I love it.

I used to go here at least 4-5 times a month, but in the last 6mos they have changed so drastically I could just about not go back,I used to at least receive at least food credits and a small amount of casino cash,in the last 6 mos nothing. If it wasn't for winning a little,I wouldn't go back.

A lot of the machines have been removed and lot of the old ones don't work or won't take your ticket.Buttons are missing and multiple game machines won't let you change games. Tried to get a light draft beer upstairs on a Friday night at 8:00 and they were out of all domestic light draft. Really dissatisfied with the whole casino.
Since Caesars has taken over they have definitely gone down hill and very tight with their give aways.

This was our first visit to Hoosier Park. Decided to go for the Chinese New Year dinner. The atmosphere was nice and servers courteous. The meal was more American fare than Chinese, so this was disappointing. The salad and dessert bars were very good. The entrees were not as tasty as we hoped for.

The pricing was reasonable. If you are just going for lunch or dinner use the canopy entrance to avoid meandering through the casino.

Went for a little quick fun on a Sunday afternoon. We opted to eat lunch first, and headed toward the buffet which seemed to be the only viable option. I proceeded to pay $25 for the absolute worst buffet I have ever seen. Brunch was still being served at 3:45 pm and the food had the distinct appearance of having sat there for hours. All in all, I paid a small fortune for a salad made from some bagged lettuce and a few pieces of shrimp. Once we got to the casino floor, it was a bit better. The only real disappointment was that the $5 blackjack table only had 1 screen out of 6 that was functional. The casino could use an update but overall, it's what you would expect. Avoid the buffet, it's not worth the cost.

WE MISS SIMON! I was just at the casino on Friday the 21st and my favorite staff got fired for not being six feet away and social distancing EVEN THOUGH HE HAD A MASK ON! Simon needs to be rehired and the staff that reported him needs to be reassured.

It was horrible I don't know why they just didn't close down to get remodeling properly done with no machines and maybe now they'll get some type of music going is so boring be a long time before I go back
