The non-smoking section is tiny. I'd love to have more smoke-free options. They had a decent selection of games and the odds seemed normal to good.

This Casino is no fun what so ever never enjoy myself when I come and that's not very often !!!! when you can't never WIN any money here u can't ENJOY yourself I don't have fun here THIS IS WHY I don't like it here and I told my family who was with me I WILL NEVER RETURN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love hoosier park, its a long drive...but well worth it..I only gamble at your establishment now..i used to go up north. l have so much fun there. I have only had a problem with one staff person, he doesnt listen to what you want. He brought me the wrong drink and you hardly ever saw him when you did need something...When you go by yourself, and you dont want to leave your winning machine, its nice when they bring you drinks...IF THEY ARE THE RIGHT ONES...
I usually go to the same spot so i know if the right waitress is working my time there is wonderful.

Slots seem really tight, small place, the buffet was terrible, theres no hotel to accommodate, probably the worst casino that I've ever been to that wasn't a boat

It's a fun place too go DO NOT PLAN ON WINNING MUCH..

I'm not a smoker and today an old lady sat next to me in the non-smoking section and refused to put out her cigarette. I reported it and finally security showed up and said "They will keep an eye on her" ???? Not very good customer service response.

Crowded, no one ever asked us to get us a drink on the floor the entire 7 hours, never saw a waitress. The buffet resteraunt was a joke. Waited an hour to be seated by a rude staff, that had no clue how to seat people appropriately. Waited 20 minutes at the at the meat station for prime rib, the woman carving had no clue what she doing. Very disappointed.

If you haven't been here, you are missing out! From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with warm welcomes and smiles. There is a plethora of dining choices. There is the Prime Harvest Buffet, Homestretch Clubhouse, Homestretch Steakhouse, VooDoo BBQ, Caballo Loco Cantina, Dogs n' Suds, and the Big Deli. There is always something good to eat, and the Big Deli is 24/7. The Book is the hottest new thing! Come in and wager on your favorite sports team, stay and watch the game in the comfortable chairs. The harness horse racing is the best in the country! Lots of live racing action 5 days a week and simulcast racing 7 days a week. Love dealers start at midnight on January 1st, 2020! They have the best and hottest new games around! Check out the new Laurel Lounge, it is amazing! Pop in and get a quick snack and a drink at the private bar, then head back out to your favorite machine!

Really bad experiece, started with total rewards counter, took over 15 minutes to get a rewards card to start my day, inexperinced staff, almost told them to forget it . 10 percent of the slot machines were inoperable and the ones that were working wouldn't allow the smaller wagers. I was there 5 hours and didn'tget asked once if I wanted a drink. Machines were extreamly tight, i heard of no jack pots during my visit , wont be back, Fire keepers was a 5 compared to Hoosier Park... My advice , Stay Home!!

Nice to have it in Indiana. Love the concerts. That's why we come.

Food is good, concert hall is not that great. Service is great. The machines suck the money out of you just like any other casino. They do not have live dealers.

Two words. Second Home. As soon as you enter the door, you are greeted with smiles. Games are amazing, I win at least $100 each time I go. Food is great and the drinks are affordable.

They are currently doing a bunch of renovations so half the casino floor is closed. Plus the buffet is only open on the weekend now

Went to see Reba concert. Great show however acess in and out needs major work. Need to be able to enter concert area without having to go through the smoking section. Also exit point is to limited.

I had a lot of fun for the first time, but there was a lot of closed machines and not a single waitress asked me if I wanted anything in the 3 hours that I was here, other than that I had fun with my friends.

Its not a top notch casino... but it is a pretty nice place.

Machines were kinds tight. The buffet was way over priced.

They real dealers for the blackjack tables now!! They are a still fresh so expect some mistakes but in a month or so it'll be the real deal.

Majority of machines are disabled. Big section is closed for remodeling. Nothing was hitting. Now I remember why we do not go there. Not worth the time and money

Staff is very nice, but the fact it has smoking is a huge deal breaker. Valet service is free, but expect it to be exceptionally busy on a weekend evening. Would love to come back but couldn't handle the smoke cloud inside.

They got sportsbook and they got semi truck parking.i love their sportsbook.there is a walmart abt 1 mile away too.

Was good until the recent buy out and ownership swap. They "upgraded" all the machines, and now payouts seem way less frequent than they were. We go to the Anderson Casino every weekend now instead.

It's a great atmosphere and lots of fun! Plus, they have a section for non smokers to enjoy. Didn't interact with the staff much, but the few I did were very friendly and helpful.

1st time here. Got players card. Played the so called Blackjack. Put down $200. Playing $25 a hand. Dealer got 6 blackjacks in a row. Statistically improbable.. my last 2 hands I got dealt was 20.... Dealer drew to 21... both times..
More statistically improbabilities. I won't be returning.

Very clean and the casino is off the high way . Be careful if traveling, like i was and lost track of the time. Was having a wonderful time doing Me.

Shuttles are great, the drivers are nice. My problem is that we went on a Saturday (2/2/2019) and there was a ridiculous amount of machines out of order. I am not talking 1 or 2. I am talking ALOT. Saturdays are way too busy to have limited machines to play on. So we ended up playing a lot of machines that we really didnt want to because of the wait getting on some of the other machines that were actually functioning.

It would be better if there were designated smoking areas instead of through out the facility

No dealers means flat broke . They use electriconic dealers which means the dealer hits 19 20 or 21. I played 5 to 10 dollar hands for a couple hours and it hit 19 to 21 on every one but 5. I counted. The dealer kept putting her hand under the table and when they walked away I'd win. Once once again do not come here expecting to make money because you are playing against a computer and the cards aren't real and the casino definitely has the upper hand. If you walk in you will see regulars in there and just ask them and they will tell you that you are being ripped off they just play because they like to play the game and I was told by 3 different people within an hour that same line. Never coming back

Don't do it, just don't. Better casino everywhere else. It's not Vegas....

It was really more so the fact of getting out and going somewhere for a change. Didn't have much luck with winning but it was still a good time I would like to get back over there and see a couple of the races they have never been to one

Not my favorite of the Indiana Casinos but we only lost a dollar!

Had to play the horses lost a lot but had a good time..

Great evening there. Nice environment, friendly staff. Didn't get the chance to visit any of their eateries but enjoyed evening in the casino.

Had a great time. Rented a suite for the race track and it was perfect. CJ was our waiter and he was fantastic!

Nice and glean, restaurant was very good and some people were very friendly. But half the casino was shut down and very smokey

The money machines steals a quarter a dime here and there. I went on a tuesday put a 100 dollars and played for 9 hrs. Went back on friday night cashed out with a quarter and it wouldnt even give me my quarter. Geesh what a joke. I had to get a manager to get him to give a my quarter back and of course they gave me a dollar..but still if it takes a quarter, dime or a nickle from every person that cashes out on them...they're making a huge profit...grrr

I used to be able to play for a few hours but since the New ownership "Harrah's" started you can't get ahead or even begin to enjoy yourself ! The machines are tight as all get out! If you hit a bonus it doesn't pay anything out! I am not going back I will find a different casino and travel the extra miles...your casino in Vegas was even worse but come on this is not Vegas...and your food in the buffet is not worth the money and is nasty...

We had a great time. I've been before and have ways had a great time. But this time we took the kids to the horse track part and it was great. The staff was so friendly to the kids I was just really impressed by this.

I work in the stable area and it's by far the best well matienced track I've been to yet.

This place is spotless! I really love going here. I have only been twice but it is amazing! Free soft drinks and coffee. I always end up winning some but I push it all the way and walk out broke. Be sure to only bring what you are willing to lose! Also make sure you get a reward card cause that adds some fun to it, seeing your rewards go up. You can get all kinds of special stuff and promotions.

The food at this place was above my expectations. Go for the BBQ or the Mexican or do a great Hotdog.

The buffet is very well managed and the restaurants inside all seem to have consistent service and quality. Very nice staff that is always helpful and kind. Their concerts are wonderful and they offer good service during it.

This place is exciting sometimes but if you really think you're going to win on their slots good luck they are tight as hell even in the high-limit room you might catch a few people that hit but I know the high-limit room takes in at least 80,000 and they will pay out 5000 can't wait and tell Caesars Entertainment take that place over cuz it's ridiculous all the slots

Way too much smoke. My eyes are itching and running. I need to breath to live, people do not need to smoke to live.
