Decided to drive 3 and a half hours to check this out I'm a blackjack player in 15 mins lost 60 bucks won 2 hands on the digital (that's all that was available) no way the dealer can get 6 20s in a row no pushes at all what kind of joke did I play at?

Of course they have table gambling, slot machines, and horse racing, but they also have great concerts for a really good price. Easy access, terrific seating and free parking. This trip was to see The Fab Four, a Beatles tribute band.

Not only does Hoosier Park have a racetrack, on which side the whole family can come to watch, but their Casino is the luckiest one I've been to!! That's why when I was going in and seen the rainbow perfectly over their building, I had to share it with you all, for pictures are worth a thousand words, and they're all good ones about Hoosier Park. Don't like to gamble, they also offer all kinds of shows, from The Price is Right, to awesome concerts; a wide variety of places to eat, and giveaways of the most excellent prizes: vacations, cars, boats, R.V.s, electronics, cash, and I bet if you can dream it, you will get the chance to own what's at the end of your rainbow!!
This is a fun place to visit. Whether it be to play the slots or watch horses. The Buffet is excellent! I have enjoyed my visits.
Had a great time! Myself I broke even, made some friends, watched as one new friend walked away from the blackjack table over $8000. ahead of the game. It took a few hours for him to get there, 12 to be honest it was a good time. Thanks to our dealers Holly and Tammy for being so helpful and awesome hostesses.
To start this off, I live in Michigan. Me and my family from Indiana used to really enjoy coming here. The ONLY time I've ever NEEDED assistance, was tonight. I literally had to have security called because a woman was harassing me at a machine and she would not go away. She was name calling, kicking my chair, and constantly badgering me and my husband. When security arrived she made small talk with them and they stayed by my machine until I got back from the ATM which was no more than 5 feet from the game I was playing. When I returned security left and did absolutely nothing to assist the very hostile situation, which I felt threatened in. The woman continued to sit right behind me kicking my chair until I finally got fed up and left the game. There was no excuse for the unprofessional treatment I was shown. When I left for the evening I reported the incident to a customer service manager,she said sorry that's it. I returned my card to them and will not be coming back. Nor will my family. Customer service and security are a disgrace. If you decide to go, hopefully you don't encounter any issues or you're on your own. Don't expect help from anyone there.

Went for my sister's birthday. I came out $15 ahead and she came out $60. No jackpot, but I always expect to come out with my pockets a little lighter. Nice night out!
I'm not much for gambling, but the facility is clean with a very helpful staff. The food at the restaurants is very good (we ate at the lunch buffet) and reasonably priced for lunch. Smoking and non smoking sections for gambling.
Horrible! What started out as an enjoyable trip ended quite the opposite. I was playing a game and got up and walked less that 10 feet to get money and a gentleman moved my personals and put his ticket in the machine and he refused to move. When the attendant came over, and was by far the most rude person I've ever experienced! I don't think I'll visit again!!
Lots of fun and always win a little at the least! They always have some pretty good promotions and staff are always polite even with this pandimic.
Enjoyedvtje horse raes but disappointed that the track is up higher than Red Mile in KY. You can not see the whole track w/o watch the tv scene.

I really enjoyed myself the atmosphere was exceptionally well. So comfortable nice restaurants different flavors. They have horses on the race track.
Since Harrah's took it over they have tightened up the machines not like the loose machines they were known for before the name change

This is a decent casino. However, the service at the bar is always extremely slow. I suggest 2 bartenders every shift. One to service the wait staff and one for the actual bar.
I wish a Titanic slot machine to the non smoking area or a roulette machine !!!
In the last year the slot machines have decreased.:(. They added a big area for Diamond and 7 star, problem is you have to have 20,000 points to enter:(. Bring back more slot machines and take that room out. Stop adding the 4 carousel machines that cost too much to play. You can t win anything there .
I like to play slot machines occasionally and I love watching live horse races!
If I rated this place at 1030 tonight I would have given it 5 stars, just on the experience. My wife and drive here from. Michigan and had a great time and until we visited your deli, where we asked for 2 sandwiches and 2 cookies and left with 2 stale sandwiches and 1 cookie. Whoever is running that area of the business should not be running anything, let alone a small 'deli' in a busy business. 30 minutes for an incomplete order is absolutely unacceptable.
The food and drinks are pricey and the food is terrible. These are the tightest slots I've played in awhile. Don't waste your time here. I think the best part of this place is the free pop and even that went from Coke to Pepsi...

When having events at the casino it might be wise to have them start in the time it specifies. Not 30 minutes late. You book the entertainment so that makes you responsible for them running late or whatever the issue is.

I was very dissatisfied due to them not having enough gifts. Many feel that you all order less than the card you sent out to receive the gift. Then now you're starting to charge people $5 for getting their money at the cashier if they do not get at least $500 out. I think that is poor customer service. I even called and the lady did not tell me they were sold out I drive an hour and a half to get there and then you get there and they do not have gifts. you should order the gifts to last at least until 5 p.m. you all are out of them by 3:30 p.m. . And I also feel that there should be a cashier or reward center at the back so that people who are handicapped don't have to walk from the back to the front to get a new card because of card doesn't work or to get more cash. I'm sure I will not be visiting as usual. Thanks and you have a blessed week
Very smoky on Friday and Saturday nights, and slots set very tight. Some good places to eat, steak house is over priced but good. Would not recommend playing with a card here, best of luck... you're going need it!!!
Won't be going back. Slots are terrible. Definitely not the loosest slots thats for certin.
This place sucks. The customer service is horrible. They make a living off of other people's misery and they even steal from people. I will never return in my life and I was a regular Patron!
