Stolen property. While visiting the casino last week my phone was stolen. I went to security and was told not to worry because it happens all the time and often people end up turning them in. My husband and I continued to search the area checking back and getting the same response from each employee that we spoke with. Each time I had to reexplain the situation because they were not aware of the theft. Exhausted, I made a final attempt to recover my property. At that point I was asked additional questions and told that "the eye in the sky could locate the phone and if the thief had left the casino they would know who had taken it. I gave security the time and location that i had last seen it which was outside of the restroom. I was informed I shouldn't mention the restroom because "they" won't look for missing property due to lack of surveillance in the area. The security officer then lied as she reported the theft to surveillance saying i was at customer service when i last looked at my phone. I was told they would page me after reviewing cameras. Another hour went by when I returned to the security desk to see if they had recovered it. The shift had changed and the new officer was unaware of the theft but assured me not to worry because this sort of thing happens all the time and the person who picked it up would likely turn it in. We left Anderson and returned home. Later my phone was pinged through my carrier to an address in Muncie. We called the casino to ask for a name associated with that address and were told they did not have access to that information, however, the person we were speaking to worked in lost and found and believed he probably knew where it was. We left a contact number again. No one returned our call. There also was never a report by the casino to the police. Apparently the Harrah Casino condones its employees and/or members to steal. On top of being out a thousand dollars for my phone. enduring the loss of important information and data, and personal items such as pictures and messages, I was run in circles, not taken seriously, dealt with unprofessionally and left feeling like a crime committed towards me was not important to Harrah. After all, this sort of thing happens all the time there.

Great buffet. Excellent variety of items. Perfect dessert option. Broke even on slot machines. We'll return. Had a great time on our date night

Always a good time win or lose the atmosphere is so down to earth it's worth visiting at least once in a lifetime highly recommended

Good atmosphere! Not as loud as some casinos I have been in. Beer was fairly priced too.

Worst casino around since new ownership. Slots are all losers now. Even when you win you lose. Absolutely garbage.

I was there about 20 minutes and lost what I wanted to and left.

Got called out from mask police. Won't be back. Had bottled water in hand. To aggressive. Until mask policy is over with won't be back.

Love playing the slots - am amazed at the creative graphics. I usually try to go early because there are fewer people in the smoking section and I don't like a lot of smoke. I wish the non-smoking section was larger and had more of the cool games.

They have gotten so Many machines lately that in some places you can't even walk between the stools. Just 2 crowded.

U can't leave a comment without a star, so just know if possible there would be #NoStar. What happened to the great music? A nice variety not just classic rock, & hard-core country. No R&B @ all. What is that telling you?

The buffet was definitely not up to expectations. Food wasn't hot, there was a poor selection to choose from, and the service was terrible. Asking for a slice of meat appeared as an extreme inconvenience to the staff. We were seated at a dirty table, then told we couldn't sit down yet and to continue to the buffet line with all our items in hand.

The casino had several broken machines, screens that were inoperable, and not enough staff walking around to ensure guest experience was at par. Not to mention there are no live dealers.

Love it here, just relax, set your money limited and enjoy the date

This place used to be so much fun!! You could go, and take a small amount of money and play for a pretty good while. There was trouble with a lot of the machines not taking the tickets when you try to put them in, but if you could get past that..... It was a pretty good time. Then the changeover happened. Suddenly, the machines don't pay out anything!! The last time we were there, (on a weekend), there was hardly anyone there. When I say that I think everyone now knows it will NEVER be the same again..... I mean just that!! The whole atmosphere has changed.... And not for the better!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Try to find anything else to do other than go to this new but NOT IMPROVED casino!!

Buffet was too pricey for what they offered. No longer any discount for your birthday.

It's a fun experience that is worth visiting at least once.

Place was closed for about 3 months and they still couldn't fix the craters in the parking lot. All they did was paint a few blue lines to make more handicapped parking. About 1/3 of the machines are currently turned on for play. Many more could be on and still be within the 6 foot social distancing rule. It is very hard at times to find an available machine to play. Payouts are even lower than what they were before they closed. Multiple zero bonuses or even burning through $100 in minutes with little or no playback. Blackjack tables are limited to 3 players each. This is really frustrating especially when there are only 2 or 3 tables open with decent limits. I have had the pleasure of waiting to sit at a table for over an hour at times. Face covering mandate is a good call, but when smokers think they are exempt just because they smoke, it really defeats the purpose of it. Either go smoke free or enforce it for all people. Pretty much done with this place. Just going to milk my comps and call it a day.

The service was good. The casino was clean and well maintained inside and out. Quite a few of the machines were inoperable, but I enjoyed myself. However, the buffet was $30 because it was a special buffet in honor of the Kentucky Derby. Well there was no honor on that buffet. I don't know if the prices detoured their usual clientele, or if it was just slow because of the Kentucky Derby. Whatever the case, the restaurant kept the food in warmers too long, I suppose. Everything was dried out including the clams and crab legs. Our server even attempted to bring us the freshest clams from the kitchen. They too were dried out. I would have been angry had I not had such a good time in the casino. I'm disappointed nonetheless. We had a great server, her name was Stacy. I also had a delightful encounter on the casino floor with a young lady named Cara, exceptional customer service.

I come to this casino often and have had enough of constantly spending money and not winning! I never write reviews but have made an exception for this place. I will not be coming back with my friends or family, I will to continue to tell each and every person I see that this casino does not care about they re customers. This company is entirely to greedy and should be ashamed, I hope whoever is in charge will take time to read this and make a drastic change. Do better Harrahs

Took my niece for her 21st birthday. We played the slot machines. We didn't win big but we sure had, lots of fun. I have never eaten here but have geared their buffet is really good. When horse racing starts I will go back for that. They also have an occasional free concert. Those are usually very nice also.

It was an experience and I won't be doing it again. I mean every one was really nice and the place seemed pretty clean but it's just not my cup of tea

Even though it is part of Ceasars Empire gaming still can't win here either. The Buffet is better than Indiana Grand. Indiana Grand is so terrible that after my $10 free play was over I threw the rewards card in the garbage

Lots of parking, complementary valet. If you look 30 years of age and under they will card you. Lots of slot mashines, video poker, and a few table game. Go over to the horse betting side of the building so you can eat at the better restaurants, they only have a deli on the casino level

Was happy with the shuttle service from our motel. The bar service was fine. The deli was not so good. We lost more than we had hoped.. Much more than in kc. It was busy and everyone appeared to be having a good time. We did too. Wish there was a hotel attached. We've always liked Harrahs!

It's a great place to have a great meal And a great time.

They gave us money so we could try the slots out as a new member plus a coupon book.

Lots of slot machines have operating issues. Max bet always seems to work though.
Glad to see real life card dealers will be here soon though.

There is no winning with this place over the past 2 years the odds of winning has gone down to almost 0 Will not be coming back ever again

Remodeled , still clean , Bunch of new & great slots . Plenty of playing time with the money you bring and possibly take back some winnings .

On giveaway days, like Friday's free Ham gift card, there is way too many seriously disabled seniors! No longer will I indulge in gaming on such occasions! Besides, being asked countless times to explain how to play a slot machine, maneuvering around "Lost" souls standing in the aisles, being followed then asked to share some of my winnings is way to much!... and I'm 70 y/o with all of my senses! Maybe Caesar's will have a section for wheelchairs, scooters & walkers so they can be properly taking care of as they lose their life savings & monthly Social Security pay!

Okay so we paid regular price for the buffet. It never disappoints. Its very good, the staff were very pleasant an very welcoming. My waiter was on the other hand nothing to brag about. But the bus boy and the hostess kept us happy. They are the ones that got my tips. I did make the manager aware. So no worries, he did make the waiter aware, then he came to my table with an excuse instead of just an apology? But we did not let that ruin our visit. It was a very nice holiday to spend there. Thanksgiving was nice spent at Hooseir Park

Love the casino here. Lots of a variety of things to play. Won enough to not walk out in 30 minutes. Staff seems friendly enough. Enjoy visiting Anderson so we can go to the casino.

I had never been to a casino before going to this one. Everything is digital so you just push a button to play. Some machines say a penny but you have to read carefully because the minimum bet will be more than that. I could find other ways to spend as much money and have more fun.
