I wonder if they ever pick up the phone, or if this phone is there just for a tick
A very nice girl with long dark hair, always glad to contact her when she works.
Very nice staff .. provided speed information. Thank you very much
My last name is Anna Wheat. Today I visited our consular department together with my daughter Elena. We were not registered in the electronic queue, and judging by the conversations "under the door", we did not expect to be accepted. But I want to write that Daria Biryukova, the vice-consul, was at the reception today. She treated us with understanding and accepted all those who were not registered in the electr. turn. She adopted her last husband after work! We are very grateful to her! We wish Daria and the whole team good health, happiness, so that you continue to have the strength and inspiration to listen to us and help us. Peace and harmony to you and your families! All the best to you!
Arrived at the consulate and proceeded to the counter to be greeted by Maryna who was very aggressive in her approach. She looked very miserable in her job and proceeded to take this out on us. She was rude, aggressive, unhelpful, ignorant and unapologetic to name a few. She continued to snap and snatch documents as we tried to change the name in my wife's passport. We had done all the necessary checks and even contacted the consulate beforehand to ensure a smooth transition today. But the lady was very rude and unhelpful and although we managed to organise the application for a new passport in the new name.We left without keeping the old passport, which had valid visas for other countries. We continued to try and explain we were happy for her to cancel, cut, stamp anything she wanted on the passport, but we needed to retain the document as it held valid visas. She continued to be rude and didn't explain her actions, and simply told us to go away. Her attitude towards customers is appalling and she should be reprimanded. Also, it is impossible to make a complaint to the consulate, as there is no reply and no complaints procedure. This totally not acceptable and I hope someone reads this and helps us process this complaint forward. As for Maryna, maybe she should look employment elsewhere if she isn't willing to treat customers with some respect.
Tell me please, where can I buy insurance that you need for visa D ???
Absolutely boorish attitude on the part of Marina Shlenskaya! Full disrespect for a person, no interest in helping or doing something, service as if in a scoop, after talking with Belgian authorities, once in the Embassy experienced a real shock.
At the moment, a normal attitude towards visitors, in principle, received an answer to all questions, thanks for the work!
When is someone smart to build a system for people in the embassy? So that data can be filled online, how much time and nerves such a simple change could save, both for staff and citizens! Make a normal database by the end of the 21st century. Please do some courier service. All Embassies of other countries have the opportunity to receive letters / documents only at our Embassy without service! Very ashamed of your country!
The employee Marina talks with the visitors of the consulate as a bazaar merchant. It is very surprising how this hamovataya woman got a job when she is rude, nervously answers any question, does not know the elementary rules of polite communication. I remember the saying: "You can take the girl out of the village, but the village from the girl - never."
Embassy does not adhere to its own queueing system, lets people stand outside for 1 hour without information untill everyone started complaining. Documents are delivered in french and not in dutch or german even though these are the national languages of belgium. Documents should be a free service but cost 50 +. Not service-oriented, go to antwerp if possible.
Terrible service, the most humiliating and belittling experience of my life, the lady that works at the front desk (skinny build, big blue eyes with fluffy, long light brown hair) is the most arrogant, proud, disrespectful person, completely unwilling to help and even listen, she threatened to put a lifetime ban for me to step on Ukraine s soil!
I wish these people got checked by an external agency, to make sure only sane people work there...
Just to be clear I respect Ukrainian law and their people, but I truly hope you fire her, she clearly doesn t deserve that job.
Have some respect for human beings, all I wanted to do was to visit your country with my girlfriend. You are the worst representation of your country! It s pitiful that you don t have a minimum of respect for another human being...
From my point of view, you people have a very important job of representing your country, what I experienced was complete humiliation for trying my best to bring all the necessary documents to request a visa. Really I feel pity for you people.
The highest assessment of the work of Ukrainian diplomats in Brussels.
I sincerely thank you for your daily assistance to Ukrainians in Belgium, for prompt consular assistance, and for your indifference to human grief.
Thanks!
THIS IS AN OPINION ON A CONSULATE ONLY! This is the first time I have ever encountered such a professional and friendly service in a Ukrainian consulate (and I have been to a few). Ladies at the counter quickly assisted me in registering my child's birth and patiently instructed on passport issuance forms. Top leauge!
It is nice to see that the quality of service has improved a lot. There were two very nice girls (13.08.20), tried in every way to help and it feels that they understand all the intricacies of paperwork.
