Great service providers, my dog loves going to day care. He comes home exhausted from all the playing and a very happy dog. I love how they do a free two hour appraisal to get to know your dog and let the dog look around, so they are comfortable with the place before being left for a longer period. Perfectly chosen staff members who really care about your pet and their dedication results in a very welcoming, well run service.

Our dog loves going to Dogs Inc! He is our first puppy so we were a bit skeptical about leaving him with other dogs and new people. However, the updated pictures of all the fun throughout the day are really reassuring, he is tired out when returning and a very happy pup. The communication is great and the staff are always happy to help and you can tell that they are passionate about what they do. Overall very pleased.
Took our 11 week old puppy for her first day away from home. The welcome was lovely and received a call from the team at lunch time saying how well she's fitting in and were monitoring her behaviour and toilet habits closely. Felt so reassured with great peace of mind.
Could not see the facilities where my dog was going didnt like that. The owner was not bothered in explaining why , every other dog facility I was allowed to watch for ten minutes which put my mind at ease, they need to address this.
Very clean and we'll presented place. Staff are excellent with my dog and there hasn't been a day yet that we haven't brought him home and he's tired and in a great mood.
And the facebook/Twitter picture and videos updates are great if you like to keep an eye on your pooch ;)
Would recommend to any dog owners for a couple of hours or even full day sessions no complaints. 10/10
Excellent, efficient and professional service for daily dog day care. The owners are caring dog lovers who really get to know your dog personally. My dog has been going here for a year now and he still pulls to get inside the door and jumps up at the reception gateway on every single visit. He absolutely loves it, and believe me if he didn t want to go in or didn t like the people caring for him he would make it quite clear! He is an independent & stubborn little terrier (if you re a terrier owner you ll know what I mean) if he isn t happy somewhere, doesn t like someone or doesn t want to go in a place then nothing you do will persuade him to move. You just can t fool dogs. He comes home tired and happy after every visit.
to be honest I loved this place till my dog came home with k9 papilloma virus, the vets told us not to socialise him for at least 6 months as he could pass it back on so being a responsible owner we didn't.. I did phone and tell them about it and I also know another dog that also caught it, they let the other dog keep going knowing full well how its spreads like wild fire threw sharing water bowls and toys and mouthing.. they never even warned people of the possibility there dog could catch it or anything.. for this reason my dog has not gone back an never will as if you don't tell anybody just on the off chance even though most cases it will clear itself up in bad cases could need surgery and always carry the disease left me thinking what else could a dog catch and them not inform other owners ? parvo ? or other things I just lost total trust in them.. why didn't they warn anybody ??? comes down to one thing only MONEY ! as we love our pets and would keep them away for a while and they wouldn't want to risk there business so like others keep it quiet and hope nobody finds out... I only left 1 start as I couldn't leave 0
Seems like our dog had a lot of fun. It was a spontaneous decision since we are visiting, but it all worked out perfectly! The staff was lovely and from the start I didn t mind leaving my buddy behind. Thanks!
My dog has only been going a couple of weeks and loves it. The staff are great and have gotten to know my dog quickly. Feel confident leaving my dog here. Great place.
We had a good experience with Dogs inc. until our puppy had an accident there.
The part-owner left us a voicemail saying our puppy had gotten a knock on her snout whilst playing which was actually a bite injury requiring a trip to the emergency vet and an expensive bill. They did not try to call any other contact numbers on our list claiming they did not have any when they did have two others on our application form.
To be fair they cleaned our puppies wound which is to be expected. We can t be sure exactly what happened as at Dogs inc. you are not allowed to see inside at all whilst dogs are there, there are no windows or viewing areas, you can only see what they decide to post on social media.
In hindsight there was also a serious data protection issue, when we signed up, we gave in our application form & dogs vaccination records in the morning. I went to collect our dog in the afternoon and our paperwork was still on the counter as though it had been there the whole time, on further visits I noticed other people s paperwork left on the counter also, containing home addresses, contact numbers and email addresses.
They offered us no kind of re-reimbursement but an apology and stated that they are not responsible or liable for any accident or injury that happens there to the dogs.
When I asked if they had a waiver for customers to sign acknowledging that Dogs Inc. bears no responsibility or liability for any accident or injury to dogs there the part-owner claimed they did, on the online application form, which is not there.
Overall Dogs inc. was a good service that fell down on customer service. When questioned on the details about it and what they have in place for these incidents it showed either a poor understanding of their own paperwork and procedures or poor integrity.
I had my puppy a year ago and I adore her and from nearly day one she has been going to Dogs Inc. She absolutely loves it and I am so grateful to Mel, Sam, Aimee and everyone at Dogs Inc for providing such a wonderful, amazing and safe place for her. I couldn't manage without you. Thanks from me, Carolyn Green, and Poppy x
