We had a good experience with Dogs inc. until our puppy had an accident there.

The part-owner left us a voicemail saying our puppy had gotten a knock on her snout whilst playing which was actually a bite injury requiring a trip to the emergency vet and an expensive bill. They did not try to call any other contact numbers on our list claiming they did not have any when they did have two others on our application form.

To be fair they cleaned our puppies wound which is to be expected.
We can t be sure exactly what happened as at Dogs inc. you are not allowed to see inside at all whilst dogs are there, there are no windows or viewing areas, you can only see what they decide to post on social media.

In hindsight there was also a serious data protection issue, when we signed up, we gave in our application form & dogs vaccination records in the morning. I went to collect our dog in the afternoon and our paperwork was still on the counter as though it had been there the whole time, on further visits I noticed other people s paperwork left on the counter also, containing home addresses, contact numbers and email addresses.

They offered us no kind of re-reimbursement but an apology and stated that they are not responsible or liable for any accident or injury that happens there to the dogs.

When I asked if they had a waiver for customers to sign acknowledging that Dogs Inc. bears no responsibility or liability for any accident or injury to dogs there the part-owner claimed they did, on the online application form, which is not there.

Overall Dogs inc. was a good service that fell down on customer service. When questioned on the details about it and what they have in place for these incidents it showed either a poor understanding of their own paperwork and procedures or poor integrity.

Overall, for us it is not worth the risk.
