The African American girl that works the front desk in the child support office is NOT helpful at all and acts like she doesn't want to be there. She has very POOR customer service skills, she doesn't need to deal with the public! She's the first person you see when you walk in that door and there's no reason why she's telling someone she doesn't know something or has a frown. Very unprofessional, her position needs to be reevaluated! She's dealing with the public and people that are non educated about child support so what we don't know she should be gladly willing to find out or answer with some type of motivation.

I guess to be an AH and lazy is a requirement to get a job at the State, it's really sad but NJ is one of the worst bureaucracies I've ever seen. And I did not mention DMV.

The phone system is horrible. You can t get threw to speak to a human person. The phone prompts don t even recognize the numbers you are pressing to get in contact with a certain department. So frustrating

the "Superior Court of NJ" hires the most unprofessional, condescending, and unhelpful people that you can find in New Jersey. as someone who is paid to assist the public, the woman in the front is unnecessarily rude. a simple question should not be answered with an attitude and dismissed in 2 seconds because the lady at the front desk has a text she has to answer. whoever was working at the front desk at 9 am on 2/4/2020 needs to be replaced.
