The African American girl that works the front desk in the child support office is NOT helpful at all and acts like she doesn't want to be there. She has very POOR customer service skills, she doesn't need to deal with the public! She's the first person you see when you walk in that door and there's no reason why she's telling someone she doesn't know something or has a frown. Very unprofessional, her position needs to be reevaluated! She's dealing with the public and people that are non educated about child support so what we don't know she should be gladly willing to find out or answer with some type of motivation.
