I could not have asked for a better experience with a home builder. And trust me, I ve been through a few. Homes by WestBay blew the rest out of the water. From start to finish, we felt completely comfortable with all of our team members that took us to the finish line of our home. Genean was fantastic answering any and all questions throughout the entire process, not just the initial sale. Rose at the design center was so helpful and patient with us. Jerrod was fantastic with communication through the whole build, even taking pictures and sending them to us. Nikole was great getting all the paperwork our lender needed and our closing was so smooth. Even though we had delays from our initial planned end date, we could not be happier and we re totally in love with our new home. If you want to build a new home, Homes by WestBay is the builder you need to use!
I love these homes! but.. when it comes to financing one of their homes, it seems like the don't want veterans in their communities. As a 100% disabled Veteran, I wanted to use a VA loan to finance one of their homes. WestBay has a rule where they only allow a Veteran to use 544K of a VA loan, mind you they don't build any homes that are 544K! I went through the trouble of getting pre approved for 750k and coming up with the money to hold the home and they tell me I can't finance one of their homes because of their made up stipulations. Way to support your Veterans WestBay!!
From the moment we started the process to even after moving in, we have had nothing but positive experiences. We were very comfortable with everyone that we worked with and couldn't be happier with our decision to choose West Bay. Josue was our sales person with West Bay and he is phenomenal!! I don't know where to begin on how good he is at what he does. He was our light through the tunnel and he is a good person with a good heart and character and truly looks out for you! We would recommend anyone looking to build to take a look at West Bay. The building process is very unique and personal, you are seeing the home come together in your appointments with the construction manager and provided with everything you need to know and understand on how the home works and how to care for it long after completion. Homes are built very well and any issues that need to be addressed have been done quickly and efficiently. We are officially part of the West Bay family and we are very proud of that!!!!
We have recently moved in to our new WestBay home in Riverview Florida. After signing our contract, we had to return to Colorado to sell our home there. Although we were working with them remotely much of the time, WestBay kept us informed throughout the construction of our home. We were able to visit the design center in person and were very impressed at the number of choices offered to personalize our new home! The house was completed on time and to our specifications. You can clearly see the excellent construction throughout! We would definitely recommend Homes by WestBay to anyone looking for a new Florida home!

Everyone who I worked with from West on Building our home was great- very understanding and patient as bumps came up along the way. Any time we had a question they would get back to us quickly. And the standard options when choosing how to design the home are high quality. It wasnt necessary to upgrade everything in the house to get a beautiful home. Overall we are very happy with everything.
We have been in our West Buy home for a few years now. Our experience started at a model home with Brenna June.
