I love these homes! but.. when it comes to financing one of their homes, it seems like the don't want veterans in their communities. As a 100% disabled Veteran, I wanted to use a VA loan to finance one of their homes. WestBay has a rule where they only allow a Veteran to use 544K of a VA loan, mind you they don't build any homes that are 544K! I went through the trouble of getting pre approved for 750k and coming up with the money to hold the home and they tell me I can't finance one of their homes because of their made up stipulations. Way to support your Veterans WestBay!!
