An awful experience from start to finish. Agencies like Penhurst are the reason estate agencies have a foul reputation in this country. They will try and screw you over by hiding scandalous clauses in their contracts (read very carefully). They will be unresponsive and uncommunicative. Their first resort is obtusity and quite often bare faced rudeness. Their last resort? Helping you with a problem. Most importantly of all, they will rip you off. Unpleasant. Avoid. A good case study for the importance of regulation in this sector.

I had to rush to rent somewhere in London and with only a day to go, Penhurst made the process incredibly simple and took all the stress away. Lidia, the letting agent has since responded in a timely manner and has dealt with anything and everything raised. It s nice to be able to discuss and talk with your letting agent in such a professional but also transparent and friendly way. Definately recommend!

We have been renting from Penhurst group for the last 6 months and we had Jack Elkington as our agent who has been nothing short of amazing! Very responsive and friendly to deal with. I'd recommend them to anyone!
After a few years with them I can say that the stuff is very helpful, we had a few problems with the flat but the maintenance team came quickly and did a really good job.

HORRIBLE!!how they treated me, my friends came in March and kept their deposit and they didn't try to help nothing, in times of the pandemic I was alone at home and my pipes broke, my house was infected with mice (it took them more than a month to come) now Then they forced me to move to another room in the middle of the pandemic, I had many problems and they never came to help, they only answered for their convenience and they always told me that with a month's notice they would return the deposit .. it's a lie !! I asked for the notice in October and they told me what to wait for until January, the worst agency that ever had, they only know how to take advantage of people.
Far better than most London estate agents. They are honest, great at communicating, made the process super easy, always quick to respond and help whenever required. The Penhurst maintenance team are brilliant too. Thanks team!
