HORRIBLE!!how they treated me, my friends came in March and kept their deposit and they didn't try to help nothing, in times of the pandemic I was alone at home and my pipes broke, my house was infected with mice (it took them more than a month to come) now
Then they forced me to move to another room in the middle of the pandemic, I had many problems and they never came to help, they only answered for their convenience and they always told me that with a month's notice they would return the deposit .. it's a lie !!
I asked for the notice in October and they told me what to wait for until January, the worst agency that ever had, they only know how to take advantage of people.
