We didn t actually end up buying our property with Homecastle - however we would have done if we could. We were shown round many properties by Coral, who works for home castle, last summer and her service was exceptional. She was efficient, friendly, helpful and found us so many places to look at. It just so happened we found a place in one the streets she showed us but was with a different agents. We were actually disappointed that we couldn t say we bought with Coral as she was absolutely superb.

I used Homecastle for the sale. What I liked the most with them is unlike other agents in the area they were extremely ethical. They took great care to explain their contracts (which had no sneaky clauses such as sole selling or agency rights), explained the changes in government rules due to covid (e.g. in giving regarding end of tenancy notice) and did not inflate estimated sale prices just to win the sale contract. A big shout out to Dawn and Angus who went above and beyond to make my sale as smooth as possible. If I were to sell again in the area I would use them.

Highly recommend Homecastle if you are considering selling your house. They have an expert knowledge of the local market, they valued our house in the middle of two other agents that were wildly different from one another. Lo and behold, Homecastle got it right and had an offer within our timescale.

The after offer agreed process was fantastic and one that I perhaps didn't fully understand until going through. Never underestimate how much work goes into getting everything over the line, I really believe Homecastle added so much value to this. Thank you to Angus, Dawn and all at Homecastle!

I recently sold my property using Homecastle as my selling agent. I was pleased with how knowledgeable Angus was of the local area during the process of getting property on the market and securing a buyer. I was also thought the progression side or the business was efficient and responsive - Dawn always got back to me by phone and email promptly.
