Horrible customer service ...non existant professionalism i will be reporting them to my insuarance company i suggest you do the same if you experience their lack of care ....if enough people report them to their insurance they defitnitly will no longer exist..noone at that place deserves to work in healthcare or be in charge of our medical equitment ...i urge you to find another place .
I called Homecare Dimensions on 12/26/19 because my son was in dire need of a new G-button. First I was told by Oscar that he had not received the dr. order for the replacement button. After following up with the nurse, she was able to confirm the order had been sent at 10 that morning. I called back and spoke to Erica at the Austin location and she told me she located the order and would work with Purchasing to get the button ordered and that someone would call me with delivery information. That call never came. I explained the urgency when I spoke to Erica. I called several more times and a lady at the San Antonio location called Purchasing to check on the order. She was told 7-10 days before we could get the button. Please do not utilize this company. It is clear there is no concern for the patient s need. I would have much appreciated a call indicating the facts instead of total avoidance!! Please work on your customer service skills!! As a result of this exchange, I am terminating the relationship and going with another provider.
Phone number is only a fax number. People need help and they have a fax number as their main number. 2 reviews gives them a 5 star rating. BS. BS, I SAY!
The problem with this place is if you don t follow up with them several times nothing gets done. It s a lot of that s not my job or that s not my department . Nobody takes any initiative to get something done so you wind up spending a lot of time on hold and making follow up calls because if you don t they ll literally just ignore whatever it is you need. Total lack of professionalism.
One of their drivers tried to run me off the road in their company van while driving at excessive speeds. They also were blasting through red lights and being an a-hole.
Service is unreliable!! My mother has severe infection that needs daily wound care and physical therapy. Have had no problems with the physical therapists, they call and schedule appointments, arrive on time, etc. Total opposite with the much needed daily wound care, from day one have had to call to remind them to come, to be given excuses as to why they are late. The one day I don't call, they don't show up at all. Yet physical therapists coming to same house, using same phone #'s have no problem!!! Not at all happy with the service so far....and it has been one week into a 4 week referral.
