I called Homecare Dimensions on 12/26/19 because my son was in dire need of a new G-button. First I was told by Oscar that he had not received the dr. order for the replacement button. After following up with the nurse, she was able to confirm the order had been sent at 10 that morning. I called back and spoke to Erica at the Austin location and she told me she located the order and would work with Purchasing to get the button ordered and that someone would call me with delivery information. That call never came. I explained the urgency when I spoke to Erica. I called several more times and a lady at the San Antonio location called Purchasing to check on the order. She was told 7-10 days before we could get the button. Please do not utilize this company. It is clear there is no concern for the patient s need. I would have much appreciated a call indicating the facts instead of total avoidance!! Please work on your customer service skills!! As a result of this exchange, I am terminating the relationship and going with another provider.
