The products are cheap and poorly put together. They break easily. It's no wonder though when they aren't professional at all. They allow illegal activities to go on so of course all their products are shoddy. Even the HR department has sex with the employees and the managers. The people they employee have no values and think they were hired into a brothel. Oh and at least ten of these "positive" reviews is by the employees themselves.

Let me tell you about the most adorable Country Toilet Tissue Cabinet!!! First of all, its actual WOOD and while you may have to assemble it, the pieces come shipped perfectly wrapped for protection and with directions you can easily understand. All hardware and glue is supplied, and once assembled is a beautiful, dainty yet sturdy, and unique piece of furniture I've bought in a long time. It made me smile, and not many inconsequential purchases can do that these days. Thank you Zenith! And potential customers, shop around well...there are many resellers out there ready to take your money and overcharge for this item. I bought it at Mills Fleet Farm for $20 and got free shipping because of other qualifying purchases.

I guess it's very difficult loading the only truck on the lot. Many people know nothing but incompetency.

Very friendly and helpful customer service! Pam (the person I spoke to) helped me find replacement shelves for my Miami-Carey medicine cabinet that I could not find anywhere else. She insisted on shipping them to me first, to make sure they fit, before she'd let me pay. Well, they fit, and I'm very grateful. (Also, the price was reasonable.)

This is a very nice Corporation. I had to return a piece from a piece of furniture I bought oh, it turned out to be the wrong piece which is why I returned it. The people were very courteous and very concerned about while I was there. I also found out that they do cleanup work on the Delaware River. Very good company do business with.

If you arrive after 3 pm you won t get loaded, but looks like they have plenty of room to park a truck over night

The Zenna Home Tension Corner Caddy bears false advertising on its packaging. It touts "no tools installation" on the box, but the instructions state that you must cut a metal tube in order to install the shower rack. Cut with what? A tool, I surmise. Liars! Cheats! Scoundrels sans scruples! Either avoid all purchases, or at least carefully scrutinize product descriptions and instructions to detect other lies prior to purchase.

Purchased a Zenith double shower bar from one of the box stores. Within a year it was rusting. i contacted Zenith and they replaced it. i was assured that it wouldn't happen again. But it did.Now Zenith will not do anything because it been over a year. Who ever heard of a shower bar rusting?
